 Grand Theft Auto: Vice City (2002) | The green vehicle on the second row of the second picture is actually a second gen Chevrolet Blazer, not a Dakota. And the first on the far left of that same row looks to be an early 90's Honda Accord. Grand Theft Auto: Vice City (2002) | I have found something interesting - in Little Haiti there are two building on which you can see the texture of a multistory parking lot. You can see them in this video at 6:30.
