2013-04-13 20:21		There are at least two story-line missions that I know of (I don't know, I never got to complete the game) where you HAVE TO get in one of these to trigger the mission and if somehow the van is destroyed (by accident for example) its mission failed.

2006-10-21 02:03		These vans, based on the Pony, can be found in several locations including next to the track at the beach, the multi-storey car park in Vice Point and at the Escobar International Airport, it also appears in one of the Avery Carrington missions. Once you get in you start a mission where you have control remote control model cars, planes or helicopters, after the mission is over then you can drive the van.
