Jeep Grand Cherokee Grand Theft Auto III (2001) | I'm thinking the 2nd gen Isuzu Trooper, but the problem is the B/C-Pillar is slanted
Jeep Grand Cherokee Grand Theft Auto III (2001) | Mathias98 wrote It can't be a Freelander, because the first model year was 2002 in the USA. The game takes place in October 2001, so it could be a 2002 model year in 2001. Either that or it could be first gen Honda CRV because of the spare tire. Edit: What about a 1995-2002 Kia Sportage? About the Infernus, the beta version was a Lamborghini Diablo and the final version is a Vector M12. -- Last edit: 2017-04-09 03:36:58

If you look at the side of the Landstalker, the rear window is raised up compared to the door windows, like the 4Runner, and the body line marked in red dips down further than the Escape or GC, just like said 4Runner. Then, there's the rear tailgate, license plate, and spare tire...which all actually match the Japanese market (JDM) version, the Hilux Surf. This? A 4runner? HA! This is too big be a 4runner, and the Hilux Surf wasn't sold in the States nor legal to import to America. If you ask ME, then it's either a first gen Land Rover Freelander or a first gen Honda CR-V.

Jeep Grand Cherokee Grand Theft Auto III (2001) | Mathias98 wrote And now? The headlights are the only thing that matches (except for the photoshopped grille). To be honest, I think the Landstalker looks too old to be either the Grand Cherokee or Escape.
Dodge Intrepid Grand Theft Auto III (2001) | Aginnon wrote Intrepid with '85 Mazda RX-7 wheels. Strange, considering a sedan. You're wrong, those wheels are from a Fiat Punto: www.imcdb.org/vehicle_537152-Fiat-Punto-188-2000.html

Jeep Grand Cherokee Grand Theft Auto III (2001) | I don't think it looks like a Grand Cherokee. It's too small to be one, and there are so many shapes on it that don't match. Not sure about it being an Escape either, but it's a better match than the Grand Cherokee.

Jeep Grand Cherokee Grand Theft Auto III (2001) | Mathias98 wrote No, I'm not. Just look at GrandTheftWiki, which has more accurate information that GTA Wikia: www.grandtheftwiki.com/Landstalker#3D_Universe i say here, not on a lambda wiki
Jeep Grand Cherokee Grand Theft Auto III (2001) | Mathias98 wrote I posted a picture in December, which proves that it's a Grand Cherokee. I tried to edit it several times, but it was always rejected. But why? Just look at the picture, it's definitely a Grand Cherokee! you are the only one to say that
Vector M12 Grand Theft Auto III (2001) | I think this should be listed as a Lamborghini Diablo. The Vector M12 has completely different taillights, and the shape of the windows are clearly taken from the Lambo, and most importantly, it's called Diablo in the script: gtamodding.ru/wiki/Kenji#kenji2
Jeep Grand Cherokee Grand Theft Auto III (2001) | The Landstalker is not a Ford Escape, but a 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee (WJ). I made a quick comparison: Except the grille, the spare tire and some other details, it's almost identical. And don't forget, that it was based on a Jeep Wagoneer in VC, SA, and VCS. -- Last edit: 2017-01-19 17:28:16
Toyota Tacoma Grand Theft Auto III (2001) | Mathias98 wrote The same pickup (except the glitched headlight) is listed as a '93 Ford Ranger on the LCS page. I tried to edit this one earlier today, but it was rejected. I think this is one of the problems with the site. For example the Toyota Camry in Max Payne 3 was listed as a Renault Encore in GTA V, despite they are identical. Or, one of the Hotring Racers was listed as a Pontiac Grand Prix in GTA San Andreas and IV, but as a Chevy Camaro in Vice City, despite it's the exactly same car. I think people should pay more attention when adding or editing vehicles. Tell me about it. Don't look at the Motor World page if you value your sanity.

Dodge Intrepid Grand Theft Auto III (2001) | NismoR35 wrote The fact that this car has been left relatively untouched and fine as it was until now just says it all....... Wow guys, seriously. Does it matter? If a car is listed wrong for 5 years for example, we can't do anything about it? We have a lot of cars listed completely wrong in many less known games, especially from times when not everyone were allowed to edit vehicles. Feel free to discuss any car regardless of addition year.

Dodge Intrepid Grand Theft Auto III (2001) | I think 2001 Stratus is a better choice. Only front bumper doesn't match but the rest fits Kuruma pretty well. We can't expect a carbon copy of real life vehicle here.
Dodge Intrepid Grand Theft Auto III (2001) | As Razor said, STOP THIS DISCUSSION FOR GOD'S SAKE!!!!!! And people should stop talking about my age...

Dodge Intrepid Grand Theft Auto III (2001) | Renz203 wrote Does that mean I am getting banned because I'm only 12, I love this site and I'm not ready to leave. Besides, I'm turning 13 at December. I don't mean that, I mean to people that list vehicles randomly and stupidly; motorbikes are a complete mess, and I'm trying to do my best to list them correctly; if the people doesn't know the model; leave it empty or list as unknown like I do. I say not prohibition, but more filters to list vehicles. -- Last edit: 2016-10-21 11:41:54

Dodge Intrepid Grand Theft Auto III (2001) | Just browsing through google images I came across the '01 Stratus when it hit me. The general concave rear styling and shape of the C-pillar are getting as close to that super lowpoly Kuruma model as any car will get. I think most of us agree that the model was largely inspired by Chrysler's full- and midsize sedans around 2000 (when the Kuruma was designed) and definitely are not a Stylus. But I think the general proportions of the car are closer to the Stratus than they are to the Intrepid (it just isn't quite as long/sleek) so the Stratus would be my choice. And btw, amazing that I only noticed that now 2 days after this discussion started again. I expected to dig out a topic from 10 years ago.
Dodge Intrepid Grand Theft Auto III (2001) | It was a joke to be honest. I don't see how you can trust anyone writing a name and an age on a profile. Moreover, there is no way of forcing people to be truthful with this.
Dodge Intrepid Grand Theft Auto III (2001) | Well writing things like "Hi, I'm John and I'm 13 years old" for example isn't really a big deal. I see no point of hiding everything (unless someone has really screwed up something). Adding more info would make some profiles more faithful. For example on many websites I've seen dudes with a flag of USA for example but with completely bad english or people that were telling you that they are old but actually they are under 10 and that was really dissapointing me.
Dodge Intrepid Grand Theft Auto III (2001) | Desscythe17 wrote How about a minimum age for becoming a member of IGCD? Because you can't reason with 12 year olds. Fully agree bro, too much troll kid.
Dodge Intrepid Grand Theft Auto III (2001) | I'd say that everyone should expand their profile descriptions a bit (at least the age and first name and some basic info) so you'd know who are you talking with

Dodge Intrepid Grand Theft Auto III (2001) | I still think this is a Gemini (Stylus) to me. NOTE: I know Dodge Intrepid, If some of you tell me about the Dodge Intrepid, I know that already Because it was my 2nd favorite cars In Dodge when I was young -- Last edit: 2016-10-20 04:55:39
Dodge Intrepid Grand Theft Auto III (2001) | The problem with the old Grand Theft Auto cars is they hit that uncanny zone, Where they look familiar but we cant quite place them. I personally see an Intrepid, and a 2000 Lumina Maybe.. Possibly bits of Honda and maybe other stuff. But like I said I think GTA cars are just weird in these early 3D days.
Dodge Intrepid Grand Theft Auto III (2001) | The Geo is smaller than this
Dodge Intrepid Grand Theft Auto III (2001) | Burn Rubber wrote And it's similar because everything is similar to a Suzuki in your eyes. Everyone else agrees its some early 2000's US sedan. Now that you mention it, I think it's somewhat similar to a Chevrolet/Geo Metro sedan: www.imcdb.org/vehicle_354267-Geo-Metro-SF413-1995.html But probably it's just a coincidence.
Dodge Intrepid Grand Theft Auto III (2001) | The Isuzu Stylus isn't even close And my first though was Dodge Stratus
Dodge Intrepid Grand Theft Auto III (2001) | I don't see Isuzu Stylus in it due to it's too boxy for Kuruma and too small for a generic late 90's early 2000's American sedan.
Dodge Intrepid Grand Theft Auto III (2001) | Burn Rubber wrote Fact. Although this is coming from someone who sees every wagon as a Nissan Stagea So if I saw a wagon I will say it's Stagea? NO!! Although the Stagea is one of my favorite wagons. The station wagon I really love is the Volvo 850. The reasons why I said it's an Stylus because there similar to me.......
Dodge Intrepid Grand Theft Auto III (2001) | Google 2001-2006 Chrysler Sebring sedan. The roofline is lifted directly from it.
Dodge Intrepid Grand Theft Auto III (2001) | I mean, 90s Civic sedan doesn't sound bad. After all, even today, 90s Civic Sedans are really popular in the US. Especially since this car is Japanese, but then again, name doesn't really have to do with what it identifies as. -- Last edit: 2016-10-18 23:51:51
