If you check carefully some headlights textures, you'll notice that they're the same that appear in other cars. Would be good seeing components that are shared between cars from the same companies. Instead, projector headlights that are put in a Fugitive are also present in a Felon Details that a child might miss, but not someone that cares about money spent on this game...

These didn't spawn in traffic unlike the regular Dubsta, and you can only find these in the starting line of off-road races in Single Player. Also in the next-gen versions of GTA V, there are some pre-modified Dubsta2 driven randomly by NPCs in traffic.

There's a huge difference in detail between SA and GTAV, several thousand polys of difference, Personally I'm more annoyed by the fact that it is completely missing a door handle on the right side. the attention to detail in the engine bay is actually quite impressive, considering the engine actually resembles an rb26 and not the generic inline four mesh 80% of the cars in this game have.
