Chevrolet Bel Air Grand Theft Auto V (2013) | Actually, rat rods are just hot rods with the restoration process skipped. If a crucial part of the car is missing (like a door), they'll take a rusty door off of a similar car from a junkyard. The parts on the to-be rat rod that are too far gone, they replace with clean parts.
