Midtown Madness 3 (2003)
Not gonna lie it's one of the happiest and busiest recreation of Paris in a game, as free roaming is involved
(The Saboteur, AC Unity, Velvet Assassin, Remember me)
Like when I see the pictures, I see myself every times I was in the French Capital and I'm crushed by Nostalgia.

So setting a VPN Network so your console is in China makes you download their version and have this car !
Other solution is to create a chinese account and buy the game (but it's difficult to get a credit card validated on their network)

Project Gotham Racing (2001)
wow somebody updated all the "HTO".
Kudos ! ^^

Burnout Paradise (2008)

Mmh we clearly agreed to list cars as they are, disregarding files structures. It's a game car database, not file browser. Livery don't qualify; esthetic variants do as long as they constitute a car on their own, e.g. different spoilers options won't be listed but an official bodykit or spec car variant yes
@Konkordski : asking for playable cop car is still a legit wish. What makes it so wrong to you?

Toyota Supra

Forza Horizon 4 (2018)
You're right ALMF, all cars added after release are DLC (Update or Paid content)
Toyota Supra

Forza Horizon 4 (2018)
It's both since it's not in the vanilla game, only when downloading the update 17
Toyota Sprinter Trueno

Forza Horizon 4 (2018)
It's not about better, is about cars that are the most relevant and representative in the automobile history. (Ideally)
But T10 said it themselves. There's no point having cars or special versions that change every year, because trends and consumption society? Mustangs and Camaros are more notoriously guilt/victims of this as well as the GT-R&911, but it can be any car that wasn't meant more than just to refresh sales
Lamborghini Huracán Performante

Forza Horizon 4 (2018)
It's just a fact Greaser
Ferrari 360 Spider

I am puzzled the same. But camera hacks are allowed when it comes to get views

Yes kids do request supercars
Lamborghini Huracán Performante

Forza Horizon 4 (2018)
just about two years late, sure the kiddies have patience...
Meanwhile lots of cars of the 90's and before are waiting

Midtown Madness 2 (2000)
Post them in a "unused" vehicle page

GRID (2019)
I thought GRID had more DLC and edition exclusives
Audi S1 EKS RX

DiRT Rally 2.0 (2019)
That's what I meant with ported "back" again, I thought this was the Time Attack version from GRID
Hummer H1

Forza Horizon 4 (2018)
Weh, why isn't it just a body mod of the H1 Alpha

Forza Horizon 4 (2018)
Just a theory, but 208 RC might mean RallyCross, since RX is only used for officially licensed cars from FiA

DiRT Rally 2.0 (2019)
If we consider only cars released up to its own release date, 2005,
RSC2 still has a greater vehicle variety than DR 2.0 , 42 vs 37 (duplicates not counted) (I counted the Clio S1600)

HTO : Unlocked when beating the quick races (earn Gold medals) on very hard
Mazda Bongo Brawny

Shenmue (1999)
In that case the game's setting is not relevant. Assets are anachronistic, and AM2 probably didn't bothered being accurate
Renault Clio V6

Forza Horizon 4 (2018)
There's little love for European carmakers
Harley-Davidson Heritage Softail

Shenmue (1999)
The game takes place in 1986...so

GTR 3 (2024)
Well we can change the date to 2020

Midnight Club II (2003)
Why are the props and drivable versions of cop cars double listed?
They shouldn't
Nissan Skyline GT-R

Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition (2005)
So no need to list it, it's a duplicate from the drivable version

Motocross Madness (2013)
Driver San Francisco is the closest you'll get to midtown madness and it's actually really good.
I've never found online how to turn the video filter off.
I miss the charm of Paris and Washington tho

Ford Shelby GR-1

Asphalt 9: Legends (2018)
It would have been better if the modelers started working on the cars again instead of relying on laser scans every time/only.
Plus I've heard from the guy over at PG that most of the time laser scans are overkill, actually have lots of "noise" and cannot fit in the game engine as raw models cause the polycount is so massive it takes somewhere between 800mb and 1gb, and again it needs "cleaning". literally every thread of every clothing would be scanned.

Grand Theft Auto (1997)
This is obviously the best combination of knowledge and arts possible.
It's a GM (Greaser Machines) model C17 (Chesty 17)

Ford Racing: Off Road (2008)
It was a discussion in Forza and GT forums but basically often the 90's cars were considered neither old enough or new to be included.
looks like the problem millennials (last wave 1986-1995 more or less depending on social and family factors) have. Neither they did create the technology or neither the were born with it.
What do you think?
