Now I have the game, I do have the van along with other cars, but I never go near it in fear of losing it. But since the general consensus seem to be Lexus at the moment, I was merely pointing out the error in the origin earlier.

It's in the TBOGT DLC, which can be bought seperately, in the 'Episodes of Liberty City' seperate disc, or the complete GTA IV + Episodes of Liberty City set. It can be found quite easily, especially in multiplayer mode. Oh, and one more thing... Mercedes-Benz ML63 AMG.
