![]() Cadillac Eldorado Brougham Fallout 4 (2015) | Mediocre Mike wrote Same car as the one in the protagonist's driveway, seen in the reveal trailer. You can tell by the four doors, the roofline and the fins. A yellow example can also be seen at the Red Rocket fueling station as the protag first meets Dogmeat. You're right. However it was not listed so far.
![]() Cadillac Eldorado Brougham Fallout 4 (2015) | Same car as the one in the protagonist's driveway, seen in the reveal trailer. You can tell by the four doors, the roofline and the fins. A yellow example can also be seen at the Red Rocket fueling station as the protag first meets Dogmeat. As such it's definitely in the game as an actual model. In this trailer it appears to have a front fascia similar to the Corvega, and they might be closely related. The grille shape is vaugely similar to certain Chrysler models from 1967–1960, like the Chrysler 300. The rest of the car is difficult to pin down, as it is a 21st century evolution of 50's aesthetics. The fins remind me of the 1958 Oldsmobiles however.

![]() Made for Game Bus Fallout 4 (2015) | Tuppence870 wrote Not sure why an earlier comment about this possibly being a Dymaxion was removed - it's a damn good suggestion! I removed it myself, because I noticed that Bethesda reused City-Liner model from F3. City-Liner has some design elements from Dymaxion, GM Old Look and New Look, but overall it's definitely MFG: ![]()

![]() Ford Nucleon Fallout 4 (2015) | A concept art shows a group of 1955 Ghia Gilda's, which have a similar shape to this. However, I believe the finished product has a lot in common with the Ford Nucleon.
![]() Made for Game Van Fallout 4 (2015) | This is probably not a concept, but one of many promotional streamliner trucks created in the 1930's. There's an interesting article on these, here: www.cardesignnews.com/articles/design-essay/2015/04/stylish-classic-trucks-where-have-all-the-futurists-gone-by-peter-stevens/ Although I couldn't find an exact match after a quick search, this truck advertising Miller beer has very similar proportions (unfortunately, I couldn't find a make/model): blog.hemmings.com/wp-content/uploads/2007/11/beertrucks_02_resized.jpg -- Last edit: 2015-06-16 00:53:03

I tried to find more info on this photo, but with no success. Maybe some ex GM employee will know. Anyway, how it should be listed? ![]() Made for Game Bus Fallout 4 (2015) | Tuppence870 wrote On another note, I think it reminds me of the Polish Jelcz MEX 272 busses To be precise, Jelcz buses were made on licence. True origin is czechoslovakian Škoda 706 RTO, which was made in more variants.

![]() Ford Nucleon Fallout 4 (2015) | I noticed that the front wheel is quite far from the front (if you can't see it - it's near the lamp post), just like the Nucleon. Here's the pic of an final model. It seems that Nucleon lost its fins during development and thus looks more like the car we are identifying: ![]() I will still wait for the better screenshots, but at this moment it looks like it is Ford Nucleon with some hints of GM Firebird II (air intakes) and Ford X-2000/Cadillac Cyclone (bubbletop roof).

![]() GM Corsair Fallout 4 (2015) | Tuppence870 wrote Tatra 87? JFK wrote For me it is Tatra 603, because it quite fits for 50s style cars. I would opt for Tatra 600 (the front of the car is the most similar to the one in the picture). ![]() GM Corsair Fallout 4 (2015) | vocal95 wrote Yeah, that's the one. It may be nuclear, but the red bubbletop car looks like gas turbine powered vehicle (air intakes similar to GM Firebird II), so I wouldn't be so sure. It might very well be. According to lore*, nuclear vehicles were not that common before the war, because a short time after they came to market, most car manufacturing plants were ordered to produce military ordance. *Though, it's quite unclear what's canon and not, especially the stuff which never made it into a game, like a lot from the Fallout Bible. I mean, is it canon that the freeways out of Denver were clogged with cars as the people trying to escape the New Plague and a burning city in riots ran out of gas, trapping everyone behind them? According to the Van Buren Design Documents, this happened right before the bombs fell, meaning that alternatively fueled cars were really not that common. Guess we'll have to wait until we can inspect it in person.
