![]() Ford Nucleon Fallout 4 (2015) | Reminds me of the 1954 ford fx atmos concept car too
![]() Ford Nucleon Fallout 4 (2015) | Was browsing around the internet when i saw a custom made car in the early 60s that look really familliar to the rocket 69 which may had took the inspiration from www.kustomrama.com/index.php?title=The_Forcasta

![]() FMC XM1108 Fallout 4 (2015) | car-dude44 wrote Looks like a Vought M270, just with a different missile system. kitsunesden.xyz/Rifts/Rifts-Earth-Vehicles/M270_MLRS-2.jpg Looks about right, but the name you've used doesn't seem correct. The M270 MLRS is the specific name for the vehicle and missile system combination, so using it here when the missiles are different could be inaccurate. Similarly, the Vought Corporation was only responsible for the design, while manufacture was contracted to multiple firms including Lockheed Martin. The carrier vehicle is known as the M993 and is built on the chassis of a BAE Systems Bradley. I suggest we list this as a BAE M993, but I'm no expert on military vehicles (I just know what to look for on Wikipedia) so can anybody with more experience confirm that identification?

![]() AMC Cuda +44 Fallout 4 (2015) | I guess it's Made For Game, being a stylized illustration. The closest real life inspiration is probably the 1959 Buick Electra.
![]() Cadillac Eldorado Brougham Fallout 4 (2015) | The Art of Fallout 4 States the following of this car: "The large sedan seen here returns from Fallout 3 [...]" Also: "Sedan: A reimagining of the classic two-door Corvega from Fallout 3." Though the car takes design cues from previous Fallout vehicles, most notably the front and sides, the real life inspiration for the rear end is definitely the 1951 Buick XP-300, as suggested by kalu.![]()

![]() Ferrari 375 Fallout 4 (2015) | I looked at the D-Type (as well as many other racers of that period), and the D-Type is too curvy for this. Top hood and upper fenders is practically flat, while the D-Type has a lot of curves. Closest I found was the Ferrari 375 Plus: assets.blog.hemmings.com/wp-content/uploads//2014/03/Ferrari375Plus_1250.jpg Other variants of the 375 aren't as close as that.
![]() GMC COE Fallout 4 (2015) | The illustration in the Fallout 4 art book has this truck badged as "Brawn" but I don't think said badge appears in the actual game.

![]() Iso Isetta Fallout 4 (2015) | either the 1955 BMW Isetta 250 (bigger side windows) or the 1953 Iso Isetta which has the headlights at a lower position (a bit more like the Zip, same big windows) Edit: Zip is how the fallout wiki calls them -- Last edit: 2016-01-18 10:45:04
![]() Buick Centurion Fallout 4 (2015) | Agreed
![]() Cadillac Eldorado Brougham Fallout 4 (2015) | It's the future, everything's possible :P
![]() Cadillac Eldorado Brougham Fallout 4 (2015) | Zordid wrote This is the Corvega Atomic V8 according to the Fallout Wikia I'm still trying to wrap my brain around that concept. Like, does it have 8 tiny nuclear reactors or something?
![]() Iso Isetta Fallout 4 (2015) | In-game name either "Blue Zip" or "Zip". The version on a billboard with "Blue Zip" is blue, but all the wrecked ones are red, so maybe just "Zip"?
![]() Buick Centurion Fallout 4 (2015) | Seems to be a more "concept art" version of the Corvega, so maybe 1954 De Soto Adventurer II Ghia as well, unless there's something else it's closer to. -- Last edit: 2016-01-14 20:49:19

![]() Ferrari 375 Fallout 4 (2015) | Doesn't look like the 375
![]() Chrysler 300 D Fallout 4 (2015) | Except for the bumper, I'd say either a '57 Chrysler 300C ( upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/6/60/Chrysler_300_C_1957_2.jpg ), or a '58 300D

![]() Indian Chief Fallout 4 (2015) | Yes, theres even a Lone Wanderer badge on the left side of the tank.
![]() Indian Chief Fallout 4 (2015) | Might be named "Lone Wanderer" on billboards, but I'm not sure if that's supposed to be the name or a slogan.
![]() Cadillac Eldorado Brougham Fallout 4 (2015) | This is the Corvega Atomic V8 according to the Fallout Wikia
![]() Ford Nucleon Fallout 4 (2015) | Would be cool though.... I found the Billboard too, it seems that Turn10 chose the Rocket name by itself because it's obviously the same car.
![]() Ferrari 375 Fallout 4 (2015) | Pre-war inflation was crazy, what with the resource-driven wars and such.
![]() Ford Nucleon Fallout 4 (2015) | The billboard says "Life is a race... Win! Cherry Bomb. The first car to break the sound barrier." Seems pretty clear what the in-game name is based on that. Chryslus Rocket 69 should be its name in Forza, and it does sound more like a real car than Cherry Bomb. It's also very unlikely to break the sound barrier in Forza. While it mostly looks the same, they're different cars in different games. I also doubt the Forza one uses a joystick for controls instead of a steering wheel and pedals.
![]() Ford Nucleon Fallout 4 (2015) | Or just part of a slogan
![]() Ford Nucleon Fallout 4 (2015) | Looks like I'm always missing those ![]()
![]() Ford Nucleon Fallout 4 (2015) | Oh yeah, that's right. I've also seen it on billboards in downtown Boston, like this one and the BMW, named "Zip" but with an illegible company name.
![]() Made for Game Van Fallout 4 (2015) | Tuppence870 wrote Although I couldn't find an exact match after a quick search, this truck advertising Miller beer has very similar proportions (unfortunately, I couldn't find a make/model): blog.hemmings.com/wp-content/uploads/2007/11/beertrucks_02_resized.jpg Thats a custom 1941 Dodge COE but i would list this as MFG as it has nothing in common with the GMC
![]() Ford Nucleon Fallout 4 (2015) | As far as i know Pick-r-up is written on the bed of the truck
![]() Ford Nucleon Fallout 4 (2015) | The Pick-R-Up is so named based on billboards, so this would be Cherry Bomb from billboards. The BMW Isetta one also has a name from billboards, but the only one I've seen wasn't entirely legible.

![]() Ford Nucleon Fallout 4 (2015) | Well , let's just hoping that this car doesn't end in the same situation as Warthog in FM4 where you can't drive it sadly.
![]() Ford Nucleon Fallout 4 (2015) | Theres a DLC with this car coming for FM6 saying it's called the rocked 69 and since Bethesda and Turn10 worked together on it I guess that makes the name confirmed. The name isn't mentioned in the game to my knowledge -- Last edit: 2016-01-03 12:17:22

![]() Ford Nucleon Fallout 4 (2015) | Where did the in-game name come from? I've seen this one advertised as the "Cherry Bomb" on billboards. Supposed to be the first car to break the sound barrier.
![]() Volkswagen Fallout 4 (2015) | car-dude44 wrote This is the first issue of Hot Rodder, it let me give the power armor a sweet flame paint job just like on that car. It's the only one I've found so far, so I have no idea about what any other issues have. There are 3 issues in total.
![]() Ford Nucleon Fallout 4 (2015) | i think it looks a lot like the 1955 Ford La Tosca concept car
![]() Cadillac Eldorado Brougham Fallout 4 (2015) | The Coupé version in Fallout 3 is listed as Eldorado so why not 1957 Cadillac Eldorado Brougham? -- Last edit: 2016-01-03 12:25:57 |
