Because this is the chassis, we subtract the glider and wheels. Due to the name and appearance, we must subtract ALL cat-like features of the feature. With the chassis lacking cat features, we must find out what model compares to this. According to the Super Mario Wiki, it claims it's resembling somewhat a Volkswagen New Beetle, though it may be something else.

I see fins on the back, no car roof, the front that forms a face, etc. With the off-road tires, it makes it look like a Cadillac Series 62, but we don't know what year is it for this model.
