It is a mix. Body, front end shape, rear end shape, name and style are Mustang Grill, front end features are from 442 Tailamps and rear quarters are derived from the Pontiac GTO.
Doesn't it come in a soft roof version too? And its not an Oldsmobile. Its a mix, but mostly Mustang. Because its got the Mustang feel, body and a similar name. But it has a Oldsmobile 442 grill, Mustang shape, GTO tailamps.
ScoobyDoo82 wrote You're telling me that the 1976 Safari looks more like the Regina than This 1984 Pontiac Parisenne station wagon? And by the way, do NOT tell me what a Caprice looks like, I love those cars and I think I have a good enough judgement to tell whether or not a car is a Caprice. Yes, I noticed my mistake and corrected myself. And for another thing YES the Caprice wagon WAS called an Estate, why would GM of all companies make a mistake? Did I say it was a Pontiac? I said it looks like a LTD. Stop the temper tantrum, okay? Just because you *like* a car, does not mean anything. I've been proved wrong on cars I like and I do not get so upset. And its not a Caprice, period.
First of all, I thought you said it was a Caprice? Secondly, here is a 85' Safari: www.ridejudge.com/rides/00018379.jpg -The Regina is a tu-tone car, guess what, the Parisienne Safari is not. -The Safari has a bigger front end, so its not a Parisienne.
I really do not see any big metal thing in the middle of the Cougar.
It would definetly not be the first time a GTA car broke the rules. Remember the Bullet in San Andreas? 2006 Ford GT in a game set in 1992.
A early 1970s Chevrolet, but it could be a Bel Air or Impala, but due to size, I would say Bel Air.
(Obviously) A 1998-2002 Lincoln Town Car Stretched Limousine.
If it weren't for that front end, I'd say Dodge Magnum SRT-8.
Lamborghini of some sort?
Ford F-700 or International-Harvester Loadstar.
Ferrari, F50? | ||
I agree with qwerty. | ||
Its not a Caprice, and its ridiculous to say otherwise. First off, the Caprice never, ever had a front end like that. Secondly, Chevrolet doesn't call their station wagons Estates. Here is a 1986 Chevrolet Caprice Classic station wagon. I see no resemblance. And here is a 1976 Pontiac Grand Safari, which is pretty much what the Bonneville Safari looked like with a few extra things. As for what it really is, it is closest to a Ford LTD Country Squire. However, the Bonneville has some resemblance. But this is definetly not a Caprice. -- Last edit: 2007-01-22 19:57:59
There is not one thing Pathfinder, or Nissan, about this. Its a Ford Expedition.
I think that is more of a older Plymouth, or other Mopar.
What the hell is this doing in a video game?
How so? | ||
Since 1997, under the Mercedes-Benz brand name (and later under Freightliner and Dodge).
This is definetly not an Econonline, or any Ford Motor Company product for that matter. The closest thing it resembles is a Dodge Sprinter. Here is an Econoline: link
I agree its a Montero, but sorry, its sort of almost impossible to say its a 1997 Sport. Here is a 1997 Mitsubishi Montero Sport And here is a Nissan Pathfinder.
Not a Grand (which were more aerodynamic). Jeep Cherokee Classic or a Jeep Wagoneer.
Its 'Bravura', not 'Brauva'. And I don't think its a Calais or a LeBaron.
My best guess is an Autocar.
www.angelmotorsjapan.com/images/Large/Nissan%20Pulsar%20GTiR.jpg Pulsar?
I still think it is a Saturn SW-300.

In no way at all is this a Eagle Premier. Its 100% second generation Toyota Camry. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:1991-Toyota-Camry-DX.jpg Here is a video of the Primo. youtube.com/watch?v=BED2lad0R6I -- Last edit: 2007-01-18 21:01:15
I've got this Mustang. Great handling, not so great speed. I am working on beating a Boss Race and I always get the Charger on the turns.
I agree its not a Explorer. However, I do not think that front is a Blazer (far from it). Its (in my opinion) a Geo (or Chevy) Tracker.
No, its far from Tempo. Look first at the hood. How it is raised in the center, Tempo's hood was lower in the middle. Then lets look at the headlights, all Tempos had wraparound headlights with no divider between headlight and turn signal. There is also no side trim that Tempos had, and then the roof and rear quarters are all off, and more that of a Escort or EXP.
The rear end of it is 100% Subaru Impreza WRX STi, same over sized tail lights, same gigantic ricer spoiler, same bumper, same trunk lid, etc. The front is of a 2005 Chevrolet Cobalt SS-1
Orion? | ||
Or Toyota Highander. | ||
I would say made for game. The body looks similar to the fourth generation Chevy Blazer, and the front end (headlights, grill, bumper) look a little like the Isuzu Trooper (new models) and Ford Explorer.
I've got one, and its a Vauxhall.
Definetly a tenth generation (1997-2003) Ford F-150, king cab. Higher model, noting side trim. King Ranch is a possibility.
Ford F-450 or higher. | ||
Econoline, E-150. I can't tell because theres no front view, but its either a Econoline E-150 or just E-150. Newer model Econolines that do not have windows (commercial models with side panels) are just E-150 without the Econoline name.
Made for game most likely.
Cadillac Eldorado? | ||
I only got a quick look, and there appears to be a GTO squad car. Which sucks. I wanted Caprice, Crown Victoria or Charger squad cars.
I hate this car, so much! But then, I hate all Subarus.
Its a mix between Ford Crown Victoria and Chevrolet Caprice. But I think there is more Ford in it then GM. I say Ford Crown Victoria.
Ford Econoline [E-250]
Ford E-Series is my guess.
Impala sounds right. | ||
Cadillac DeVille | ||
Listed as a 1992 on the game?
G-MANN wrote It looks like one of those Ford trucks but I find the naming system confusing, C-series, F-Series, LN, all that stuff. F-Series I think.. Early 1980s F-700? Like this 1981 Ford F-700 C-Series are old Ford COEs: click here for link LN (aka Louisville) are a series of more heavy-duty trucks: Ford LN7000 I am no expert, I may have gotten some wrong. |
