I think it should be changed to 512M to match the one from GTA III.

well it doesn't matter as which one we will list it in this case, but the 512M would be most correct by the game year setting

I think this is 512M. I looks definitely younger than VC/VCS Cheetah, which have 80s look for sure.

I guess it's a mistake by the uploader. Well all 3d era Cheetahs could be listed just as Testarossa since there isnt much difference between those cars

Why is this one listed as a Testarossa and the one from GTA III as a F512 M? It's the same car.
