The van is notable in the game for being normally inaccessible in gameplay, and as a result, can only be accessed via trainers or specialized savegames. It is unknown why the Brickade is not used in any mission in the game.

This will fail the mission but will not introduce a cutscene. The truck will be unlocked. Take it and lose your wanted level. And yes, Albany is Cadillac in the GTA world, but a lot of vehicles in GTA 4 have wrong manufacturers: The Huntley (Range Rover), the Speedo (Chevy Express), the Bobcat (Chevy C-10) are all manufactured by Vapid (Ford), the Feroci (Lexus GS) is made by Bravado (Dodge), the Ingot (Nissan Stagea) is Vulcar(Volvo), etc.
