Porsche 911 Turbo Need for Speed: High Stakes (1999) | i don't think this is a 911 carrera. this is essentially a special upgraded version of the porsche 911 turbo in the game. -- Last edit: 2019-02-20 05:46:00
Porsche 911 Turbo Need for Speed: High Stakes (1999) | side note: the car resembles the ruf ctr2 when upgraded (only on pc version) -- Last edit: 2019-06-17 06:44:23

Chevrolet Camaro Z28 Need for Speed: High Stakes (1999) | i decided to add the psx version of the camaro, corvette, and f1 gtr, cuz they're differrent from their pc counterparts. i also opted to take a screenshot of the cars in the showroom rather than in-race, because for some reason their models on races look worse.
BMW Z3 Need for Speed: High Stakes (1999) | James Bond drove one of these in Goldeneye.
Eagle Talon Need for Speed: High Stakes (1999) | Burn Rubber a écrit IDK how true this is, but according to the NFS Wiki it isn't drivable without mods. Say what?! That quote you have given does not say its only driveable with mods! Its driveable without mods. Like your quote says, you can switch cars if you are the police man. Its the "B" button i think. You can even find this in the official manual. My High Stakes game is not modded and i can switch cars. Its not a mod, its a function.
Eagle Talon Need for Speed: High Stakes (1999) | Burn Rubber a écrit The entire car is a picture of a real Eagle Talon edited to fit this 3D model. You don't need to show a picture of a Talon because I know what it looks like.
Eagle Talon Need for Speed: High Stakes (1999) | this reminds me of an 1990s Isuzu Gemini Coupe. www.webcarstory.com/voiture.php?id=11760&width=320

HSV SV99 Need for Speed: High Stakes (1999) | dunno why I used it, just a random idea.
HSV SV99 Need for Speed: High Stakes (1999) | I dunno on which versions it was included, I guess only on Aussie one Texasland=USA
HSV SV99 Need for Speed: High Stakes (1999) | Burn Rubber a écrit If it is on the US version then okay, But I'm pretty sure it was an Australia exclusive. I don't really understand. It can't be added if it's not on Texasland version?
HSV SV99 Need for Speed: High Stakes (1999) | I edited it to SV99, so now the PS1 HSV needs to be added.
BMW M Roadster Need for Speed: High Stakes (1999) | Put the car right side up!
Chevrolet Corvette Need for Speed: High Stakes (1999) | Why is there a screen where the car is upside down?
HSV SV99 Need for Speed: High Stakes (1999) | We have a problem. The HSV GTS is only in the PS1 version. The HSV SV99 is in the PC version. So this is a picture of the SV99. Can someone replace it with a PS1 screen.
Eagle Talon Need for Speed: High Stakes (1999) | Attacker1997 a écrit Eagle Talon with Mitsubishi Eclipse front When it comes to a old, low poly model like this, they'd look literally the same at the front.

Porsche 911 Turbo Need for Speed: High Stakes (1999) | PikesPeak a écrit So , whenever you see 911 with rear spoiler and side vents that identical to RUF CTR2 , you say that? Well...to be honest I can't think of any other company that would make a spoiler like that for a 993.
Freightliner Classic Need for Speed: High Stakes (1999) | Probably a generic truck, since it does not look like a Peterbilt to me, or any other make for that matter. It looks like the put a cabover front grille on a conventional truck.
Scania 4-Series Need for Speed: High Stakes (1999) | Before that, it was the 4 series, between 1995 and 2005... -- Last edit: 2016-03-07 11:41:17

Nissan Skyline GT-R Need for Speed: High Stakes (1999) | Back like Skyline from Test Drive 5
BMW M5 Need for Speed: High Stakes (1999) | This game is almost bug free but lately i encountered a serious bug. I was on the last lap at Dolphin Cove and only one ticket away from winning as Police man. The sole surviving racer, a BMW M5, was hard to catch up but i got him at the finish straight. I merely stopped him 100 metres away from the finish line, but indeed he never crossed the line. So the game showed up that i arrested him, but right after that the car respawned behind finish line and so the Racers won. As you can see on this screenshot where i also provided a map that my car and the opponent are both before the finish line. "Ace" has already 8 tickets and you need 9 tickets to win it. As i arrested Bogey earlier, which you can also see in the screenshot, i definitely won the race as a cop. I dont have a screenshot of the actual arrest, but look at the speed of "Ace". He is already so slow, that it automatically counts as an arrest if i am close enough (which i was). -- Last edit: 2016-01-19 15:16:56
Eagle Talon Need for Speed: High Stakes (1999) | And the handling is poor. But the Caprice is the worst of all cheat cars, because the speed is crappy too. -- Last edit: 2015-12-27 20:25:06
