Ford Crown Victoria Need for Speed: High Stakes (1999) | Not unlockable. You can change the police car in the going race by pressing the J button. After that you can drive it normally. The cheated car can only be driven in Free Ride. Speed is okay but handling is worst in this game. So you could never go the same speed into the corner as other cars with similar speed. But there is a bug, when you turn the wheel, the whole seat is turning (i crashed after that shot): -- Last edit: 2014-08-05 11:39:49

Chevrolet Caprice Need for Speed: High Stakes (1999) | btw, this is just "playable", not unlockable. You can switch between police cars in the game without typing any cheats. It was the G button on PC version i think... -- Last edit: 2014-06-05 19:29:09
Porsche 911 Turbo Need for Speed: High Stakes (1999) | I find it odd that they did such a great job on the Playstation version of this game yet did so TERRIBLE on the PC version using inaccurately marked police vehicles with unrealistic paintjobs, Thank God for moders .
