It's a modified version of the blue sedan from this car pack, which is a SAAB 9-5: itch.io/queue/c/3180843/sparpedos-collection?game_id=1536978 However, the texture and the shape of the car was slightly changed, and the overall result looks more similar to the Caddy Seville.
