I think you may have needed to do as part of the 100% completion. Notice how Mr Whoopee (the face on the side of the van) looks like Ronald McDonald.

2006-11-08 19:56 | This is one of the hardest vehicles to get hold of in the game, it appears in the El Burro phone mission "I Scream, You Scream" (but the thing is you have blow it up in that mission), and can be found very, very occaisionally in Cedar Grove, Shoreside Vale (it sometimes appears at around 16:00 but it can be gone in an instant if you don't catch it). The thing is you need this for the one of the import/export garages, I later realised it sometimes appears as one of the burning vehicles in the Firefighter sub-missions. It's a funny looking vehicle, it looks a bit like one of those small Japanese vans. It's a bit like the vehicle was an afterthought, it has no radio and can't get dents like the other vehicles can. Instead of having a horn, it just plays an ice cream van jingle if you press the horn key. -- Last edit: 2006-11-09 11:21:03

2006-11-08 15:12 | The Stretch can be found on the streets of Staunton Island and comes in two colours, white and grey. There is also a black version that belongs to the Leone Crime Family and is used in two of the Mafia missions in Portland. The second image is from a cutscene in the mission "Salvatore's Called a Meeting", showing the inside of Joey Leone's garage. In the background is the BF Injection he is working on. -- Last edit: 2019-07-28 20:49:29 (Klumb3r)
