2016-05-08 02:44 | Well, the ones who modeled these don't know as much about cars as they think they do, as the body is 100% a match to the GMT400 2-door models (Blazer (92-94), Tahoe (1995-2000), and Yukon), and looks NOTHING like a 4Runner at all.

2016-05-08 02:26 | "90SUVLarge" would be based on the 1990 4Runner, which is the main variant. This generation of the Hilux was on the market a couple years before the 4Runner/Hilux Surf based on it was released. Also, "10CoupeLarge" (the C7 Corvette body) is available in-game from 2006, so the file name doesn't have much to do with the year the body unlocks.

2016-05-08 02:22 | The person who modelled these says the pickups are based on the Hilux and SUVs on the 4Runner/Hilux Surf. I realise the two-door looks more like a Blazer/Jimmy than the two-door 4Runner, but that's the info I based it on.

krq9 photo_librarymode_comment 2016-04-12 14:46 | Honestly, this one wasn't intended to resemble any real-world model. It's just a generic 1990s car, designed to be a flexible base body in the game. I know that this place seems to avoid MFG like plague, so I don't mind if you list it as something you think it shares similarities with. AutoTracker a écrit Why did they list it as "90sSedanPatario" in the game files then? It's just a file name. Since the unlock year for this body is 1992, 90sSedan made sense. That's not to say this body can't be used to make a 2000s sedan in the game.

XThUnDeRX photo_librarymode_comment 2016-04-11 20:57 | Burn Rubber a écrit This is fucking stupid. Lotus themselves would agree the Esprit wasn't made purely for James Bond. It's a car that existed to be a car. Not a Submarine. James Bond drives Aston Martins, But people don't link them to him automatically. But of course you all won't think so. Since when do you agree with logic? Any reason you're trying to argue this to people? It's supposed to be something silly. Quit arguing over something ridiculous.

2016-04-09 18:35 | OK, so, Automation (partly to inflate the number of car bodies available, and partly to let companies have some uniformly designed lineups) has the car bodies available in different sizes. For an instance: prntscr.com/aq52c0 this, is a McLaren MP4-12C body, already listed here www.igcd.net/vehicle.php?id=70082 prntscr.com/aq543r this, on the other hand, is a McLaren MP4-12C body, but smaller (just slightly bigger than an Elise). It is listed as a separate body ingame. What to do with the bodies that are the same case as the second body depicted? -- Last edit: 2016-04-09 18:38:45
Burn Rubber photo_librarymode_comment 2016-04-09 18:13 | jackcossack a écrit What's your opinion on the different sized versions of the models already listed? Do they have their place in igcd? Depends. Do you mean just 2 door and 4 door variants? Or something else? If you mean 4 door and 2 door, I couldn't tell you. As I don't think that issue ever arose. If you mean something like a different package or something, then I'd say yes depending we have all three variants of the Einvagen on Street Legal Racing: Redline. |
