I think it might come back in the future balkan dlc, since its appearence in the trailer. also it would fit very well to the new locations serbia, croatia etc. but its only a guess

Weird decision to be removed TBH. They could have just retained it or I assume a reworked version of it is being made so they decided to remove it in anticipation of a reworked version of this model.

Well, this model was already used in ETS so it was kinda outdated compared to newer ones
