J-2 photo_librarymode_comment 2020-05-18 07:55 | Yes, I wasn't sure about taxis, that's why I only changed the PI ones, so even better, those will be changed as well. |
J-2 photo_librarymode_comment 2020-05-17 23:51 | Who changed this (and all 2010-2011 CV's) to P71? I think I was clear enough: Ford Crown Victoria P71 (1998–2009) Ford Crown Victoria P7B (2010–2011) As many sources as you can get if you search about it. Yes, it's weird to change the code for the final 2 years after a 11 year run, but that's how it works. |

2016-10-06 03:22 | Maybe they could go halfway in-between and add the current Australian built Caprice PPV. www.gmfleet.com/specialty-vehicles/police/chevy-caprice-ppv-police-car.html |
enzo96 photo_librarymode_comment 2016-10-06 02:55 | I wish they added the caprice Chevy too, but people gonna complain about Aussie police cars not being added then I guess |
speedfreak975 photo_librarymode_comment 2016-10-06 00:25 | because if im not mistaken Australian government doesn't use crown vics. and believe it or not this car is probably the most requested out of the 7 cars |
enzo96 photo_librarymode_comment 2016-10-05 23:19 | Why the hell not? We wanted this car since too long, it's better late than ever, hopefully it will be on future forza games |
Zordid photo_librarymode_comment 2016-10-05 17:16 | Why the hell do they implement an American police car? Have they already forgotten their efforts to capture the australian car culture? |

2016-10-05 05:11 | That shouldn't be TOO hard. One of the colors available on the CVPI seems to be similar to that of a Minnesota State Trooper unit. Also, after getting the first one for free, additional CVPIs only cost 1,500 credits, and fully modding out one costs an additional 132,000 or so credits, so I'm in the progress of setting up unmarked, marked, and off-road marked units that I hope to get good use out of online. |

I can see a million NYPD and LAPD Crown Vic liveries in this game... I wish there's gonna be a decent Minnesota State Troopers maroon red livery, too. |

2016-10-04 03:09 | Yes!!!!! It's about time! I can't wait to tear up Australia in a Crown Vic! Now, if I could just get my '07 Five Hundred... |
Sharky photo_librarymode_comment 2016-10-04 00:56 | Great, I've made it this far not wanting this game, and now there's a Crown Vic? |
Hakari photo_librarymode_comment 2016-10-04 00:52 | J-2 a écrit There is. The final 2010 and 2011 ones were listed like that. We still don't know if it's a P71 or a later P7B, since it's kind of sitting in the middle, tomorrow we'll know for sure. Ford Crown Victoria P71 (1998–2009) Ford Crown Victoria P7B (2010–2011) My bad. Never heard of this change. But it's really an Interceptor? It's kinda odd to have an undercover police car in game such as Forza. It doesn't fit there. Civilian model would be better choice from this standpoint. Anyway, it's awesome to have another licensed and playable Crown Vic in a computer game. |
schaefft photo_librarymode_comment 2016-10-04 00:45 | Holy shit finally! People have been asking for a Panther for ages. I really hope that means the '96 Impala SS finally returns as well! |

Hakari photo_librarymode_comment 2016-10-03 22:56 | I guess there was no RHD version of Crown Vic. This car was made for north american market and for Middle East export only. By the way: There is no such thing as a "P7B". If it's an Interceptor, then it should be listed as P71. -- Last edit: 2016-10-03 23:05:18 |
J-2 photo_librarymode_comment 2016-10-03 22:50 | Of course. They are not going to do a RHD Crown Vic just becuase one certain Forza game is set in Australia, is not worth the effort. Also, this is one of the most american cars ever, so having it as a RHD feels wrong. |
Suchary photo_librarymode_comment 2016-10-03 22:20 | Off to a great start, can't wait to see what they got for the next pack. |
