The side and rear remind me a lot of the 2002-2009 GMC Envoy, although the wheel arches are very Ford Freestyle looking. -- Last edit: 2023-05-08 08:28:03
Fun fact: this model is a higher poly version of a cut traffic police car from the original Burnout.
![]() Burnout (2001) | Fun fact: During development, Burnout featured traffic police cars (and a few other vehicles, plus an entire Asian themed map) that didn't make it to the final release. The model was later used for the Cop Car in Burnout 2, with a higher polycount. -- Last edit: 2023-02-26 15:00:54
Neat, I can't think of too many other games with a 3G Civic sedan!
Livery appears to be based off NY/NJ Port Authority Police
I'm really hoping that they included 'Coupe' in the name because we're getting a sedan in a later update or GTA 6

Must be hard to open the gullwing doors with the lightbar mounted right to them lol
Looks like there's no listing for the traffic Charger - either way, a new police variant of the unplayable traffic Charger appears in the 'Final Call' race.![]() ![]() As with the updated prop Crown Vic cop car, the lights only work at night. ![]() Also interesting to note that it sports LAPD graphics from The Crew 1, but it's not a straight rip of TC1's LAPD car. ![]() -- Last edit: 2022-11-23 11:14:33
A slightly updated variant appears in the new 'Final Call' race, with a newer lightbar mounted the wrong way.![]() ![]() The lights do work, however only at night. ![]() Also worth noting these are the same cop lights now available to the player as a Vanity item, which are in the CC shop as I write this comment. -- Last edit: 2022-11-23 11:07:34
I'm very happy to have this as a playable car!
Early 80s Chevrolet Caprice
The lettering and cross are red on the PS2/Xbox version, but were changed to green on the PC and Wii version. This was changed because the red cross emblem is a protected symbol under international law. The actual Red Cross organization takes it quite seriously! -- Last edit: 2022-09-16 21:59:10
These can be a bit tricky to obtain - they show up at larger roadblocks when you have high notoriety. I got one by getting a police roadblock to spawn on the bridge between Marina West and Lakeshore North. If you destroy the tank chasing you on notoriety 5, you'll be able to grab a Bunker without the police giving you any more trouble.
Probably a coincidence, but the tail light cluster looks really similar to the 1st gen Honda CRX's lights
Interesting to note: the NYPD apparently opted for standard transmissions in the Spider-Man universe.![]() -- Last edit: 2022-08-15 21:05:52 (Attacker1997)

There's an unused/cut Metropolitan Police variant in the files that can be spawned with modifications on PC.

This unique V6000 spawns near the border - apparently it's been around since release but I just found it after revisiting to play the 1.5 update.![]() Despite being a Border Patrol vehicle registered in SoCal, it still bears the V6000 NCPD Overlord name. It also strangely had a NCPD officer dead next to it, rather than a border patrol officer. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() -- Last edit: 2022-02-16 14:26:35
Finally available on the Nintendo Switch version as of update 2.0.16!
LeakyLine wrote I'm almost 100% sure this is the Rumbler, a DLC vehicle from Saints Row 1, not the Relic. It's got the exact same shape and even the car's weird custom roof proportions that were present in the original game. www.igcd.net/vehicle.php?id=155719 Good catch, I think you might be right.
Probably the same model used in the SR3 remaster. I think that game borrowed a few models from this.
This one surprised me - definitely excited to roll around in a boxy Caprice.
Overall shape screams Toyota 86 to me
MBR wrote They really need to bring back the Del-sol, I will be happy to have it gain in a horizon game Agreed! I hope the '86 Civic Si makes it back in too.
Playable version has leaked for the next update, including taxi and limo variants.
Maybe - just maybe - it'll have a better set of cop lights this time. -- Last edit: 2021-10-12 00:55:07
Good, my favorite car makes it in once again.
They just reused the San Diego cop car from Midnight Club 3 and slapped the LA city seal and LAPD on the side lol
LeakyLine wrote If I'm not insane, on some models you can faintly see 'Police Cruiser' behind the 'Taxi Car' badge in reference to the fact that most Crown Vic taxis are former police cruisers. Nah, they just messed up and didn't change the normal map for the badge texture.
In-game name is Balkan S4 Ambulance.
This car is sort of cut content - it's no longer available to unlock or purchase. Reloaded Productions gave it a new front end, and some contractor gear. It's now named the Han Cellante - Trexxon Special and is a living city traffic car. Playable, as it can be stolen/commandeered. ![]() ![]() -- Last edit: 2021-02-25 02:07:31 (Attacker1997)
Here's photos of all variants. All versions use the same Balkan Kolva name - the game treats the different beds as vehicle mods on the same base. Dump: ![]() ![]() Cement mixer: ![]() ![]() Garbage/recycling: ![]() ![]() -- Last edit: 2021-02-25 02:03:53 (Attacker1997)
Also has a taxi variant:![]() ![]() I'll grab new photos of the stock car from the vehicle gallery in a bit. -- Last edit: 2021-02-25 02:06:53 (Attacker1997)
Should be Playable - Unlockable. Crims unlock this car for purchase at level 6 with Grayson Fell.
In-game name is Balkan Kolva. I'll get some photos of the current appearance later. There's a dump truck, cement mixer, and garbage/recycling truck configuration now.
In-game name is Benkz Mhuller M1.
Cut content - replaced by the Benkz Mhuller M1 before the game came out in 2010. www.igcd.net/vehicle.php?id=100295
Apparently the New York Police had ample time to change up their cars and liveries during the time between The Division and The Division 2! That being said, these retconned patrol cars look a lot better than what were in the Division.
The guards who drive these are considered cops by the game, and can actually activate wig-wag headlights as if the van had a siren if they come after you.
holden nut wrote call up the Fire Department and the 'Blaze' will turn up, or you can steal one in the Sons of Samedi mission 'Burning down the house'. They also frequently spawn parked around Sunnyvale during (and even sometimes after) the fires post-Burning Down the House.
Fun fact: The more modern style slim lightbar from Saints Row 1 is still available for this car, but it's set not to spawn with it. PC mods allow you to re-enable it.
I swear I've seen this in the final game with a biohazard livery rather than this coroner one
Has anyone seen this in the final game? I fear it may have been cut.
Decent Honolulu Police livery considering the pixelated nature of the art!
