The devs went the extra mile to make the cop cars, ambulances and fire trucks accurate for each country. They could've been lazy and used generic ones but they didn't. | |

In Spain it's not rare to see a police Leon ST. I don't know where you see an Octavia, it looks exactly the same as a Leon, J-2 explained you pretty well why. It doesn't matter that SCS are from Czech Republic, they always try to add cars which are common to see in that country (in France DLC they added a Citroen C5, Renault Talisman, Peugeot 3008...).
