Driving games have had this phenomenon for years, blurred out vehicles in the out of bound areas that aren’t accessed by the player.

Heh, reminds me of the civilian cars I'd crush in BattleTanx on the N64.

For this same reason I don't agree with people identifying Japanese kei cars as "supermini".

I'd just like to reiterate that using the term "Supermini" to describe the smallest class of cars is incorrect.

From Wikipedia:
Quote Supermini (also called B-segment across Europe) is a class of automobile larger than a city car but smaller than a small family car.

Superminis are usually available in hatchback body styles. The term subcompact car is used for similar cars in North America.

The term "City Car" may be more accurate.

From Wikipedia:
Quote A city car (also known as urban car or a mini) is a small car designed to be used primarily in urban areas and conurbations.

The term is used along with other terms for small cars including subcompact in North America. The Euro NCAP calls all small cars superminis. The European Commission refers to A-segment (Utility/city class: entry level small passenger car).

In Japan, the kei car (軽自動車 keijidōsha?, lit. "light automobile") is a specific type of small car.

Quote
Škoda Fabia je malý osobní automobil, vyráběný společností Škoda Auto. Byl oficiálně představen na 58. autosalonu ve Frankfurtu 14. září 1998 s karoserií pětidveřového hatchbacku

That means it´s a small car what was presented in Frankfurt as a 5-door hatchbeck.

Quote The Volkswagen up! is a city car, part of the Volkswagen Group New Small Family (NSF) series of models, unveiled at the 2011 Frankfurt Motor Show (IAA).

Although after looking around at what wikipedia defines as a supermini, hatchback or city car, the terms seem to be interchangeable depending on who you ask (e.g. Euro NCAP classes all small cars as superminis).

then Wikipedia has to be changed. Supermini is bullshit. VW Up is Supermini for example. But not Skoda Fabia

According to wikipedia:

Quote The Škoda Fabia is a supermini car produced by Czech manufacturer Škoda Auto since 1999.

Can usually be found near ferries, very low quality cars.
