Tuppence870 wrote And that body shape is pretty much one for one No it's not. I can see what you're getting at but even then the ford's nose is more of a right angle whereas the game van is more slanted like the Dodge's.
Tuppence870 wrote Ford Transit "Mk II" 1977-1986 No. It's not a Transit it's a mid 70's Dodge Van: 1974 Dodge Van: 1977 Ford Transit: Just compare them. -- Last edit: 2020-06-30 22:27:35
Brightened it up: Hope it helps.

Character Select: Yeah I don't get how someone could play the game and list it as a pickup when it's quite clearly a 4 door convertible.
Character Select: | ||
Character Select: Interestingly the car is depicted with headlights here but in game it doesn't have any.
Character select: Also pretty sure this is based off a Cadillac Gage Swat tank, like the one in San Andreas.
This is from a loading screen. Interesting enough the loading screen and game icon depicts a charger yet in game the car is decidedly not a charger.

Considering it has the front splitter it has to be at least a 1978 model.
This is a 1988 Countach.
TheGreaser wrote That's a MG TF in your pic - The MG F is older, and personally it is a '96 MGF [PR3]. One of these days I'm going to get an image from bing and it is going to be what I put in the search bar.
Personally I see more MG MGF than Elan M100. MGF: Elan M100: Afla Spider: -- Last edit: 2020-06-10 03:43:53
Youresowronglmao wrote Whoever named this a Vega needs to step down. Well guess what dude, this car is based off a chevy vega that is seen in the show: Just because it has the front from a pinto doesn't make it a pinto.

Apart from the screwed front wheel, I'd say it's a Harley Davidson Custom.
Slightly modified 1938 BMW R51:
Honestly this looks more like Pontiac Solstice than a Mercedes SLR: -- Last edit: 2020-05-29 16:29:22
So this seems to be a 1982 Puch 125 MC W with some minor elements from the Puch MC50 Pioneer from that era:
Found it. So it appears this and it's twin are 1956 Indian Trailblazers:
Antti-san wrote And people complain about modern cars all looking the same... You don't know the half of it friend.
Speedevil wrote I don't think the Phoenix should be listed as a 70's Firebird, it's clearly supposed to be modern. Obviously the Firebird isn't a thing anymore, but it's clearly supposed to be one, so no idea what it should be listed as. There are currently two major shops that does those conversions and between the two of them the closer one would be the Lingenfelter LTA which is more visually based on the early 70s Firebirds.
Eh, I reckon this is a 1930 Packard 745: -- Last edit: 2020-05-24 15:42:09
Mel wrote Looks like a Duesenberg SJ roadster with different fenders and other slight alterations. To add onto this, it appears to be the Boattail Speedster variant from 1931: -- Last edit: 2020-05-24 15:28:38
twilight sparkplug wrote Not sure on these ones. Any way to tell between the 6 8 and 12? other than badging? I was going more on the design of the rear taillights rather than the front. The taillights look like the ones used in the 70s rather than the design they used in the 80s. Also from what I understand the number denotes the engine type. So XJ6s had the inline 6, XJ8s had the V8 and XJ12s had the V12. Also the XJ8 came later in the 90s. So it's either an 6 or 12. -- Last edit: 2020-05-23 01:15:37
Now there's an improvement. Compared to the original it's like day and night. Anyway I think this is a 2003 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R with some elements from the Honda CBR of that era (mainly the side intake). -- Last edit: 2020-05-23 01:04:20
Looks like an Ascari KZ1
TheGreaser wrote It's got a different front end. Now, this is no longer a Cala - it's a Murcielago, which this car actually is. I think the front resembles a cala more than the previous version.
I'm not sure what this is but it is not a 1964 Pontiac Bonneville: The only similarity to a Pontiac is the stacked headlights. Heck the rear bumper is from a 72 Torino.
This looks much more like a Chevelle than a Skylark. I know the pc version is a Skylark but this is clearly a different model with different influence.

honestly it looks like a Porsche 914 but with fixed headlights.

SolanaBogon2 wrote https://www.igcd.net/vehicle.php?id=11484 +1 Very distinctive design, it seems the only change is the fin that splits the rear window otherwise it is much more accurate to the real world counterpart: -- Last edit: 2020-05-14 10:57:44
Bond007stig wrote Chevrolet Master is close but it does't have trunk on back of sedan body? I was thinking it's an aftermarket vogue modification like the chrome horns. By the 30s they stopped the whole external trunk carrying thing.
