Although the look of the back and front lights texture are from a Dodge Charger, but the car model here is more like a Ford Mustang Mach 1. Similar to the red new york car, which has the same front textures of the red Buick Regal from the Miami mission. Or the Buick Skylark from Miami, which has back lights that looks like from a Chevrolet Chevelle in the ps1 version. So all in all, I think it's a Ford Mustang Mach 1 with wrong lights.

It has a different model, but has the same front and rear textures as in the PC version. I would have typed the car on a Ford Mustang Mach One first, but the textures are the same as the Charger from the pc version.

There is no way, and I mean no way this is a 1971. This car has the looks of a late 70's car, not a early Monte Carlo. I understand you saying the tailights look like the ones from a 1971, but to say that the car as a whole looks like a 1971 Monte Carlo...or any 1970's Monte Carlo isn't true. Before doing this mission, a unknown somebody leaves you a message on your machine back at the hotel. "It's me...You did good, real good! We got real hot car, we gotta get it outta here by afternoon. We need plates changed, respray man, we need a whole *****ing workout! Get yourself down here if you want to work! But this car is hot man, I mean real flame-grill superhot!"
