Different than a normal taxi, as they're only licensed for pre-booked hire, and not to be hailed at random, which are 'Public Hire'. This would be one of the more common types, as a plain black car with the signage on the roof, though there are liveried ones in Japan as well, the most well known of those being white with a blue stripe along the side. In a sense, it's kind of a predecessor to Uber and Lyft.

To be honest, it looks a lot of like a S180 Crown Royal Saloon with some changes, I was thinking about a Toyota Verossa [X110] before, but gonna leave it as a Crown for now. By the way, this vehicle also appears in Yakuza 5 (first appearance), Yakuza 6, Yakuza 7: Like a Dragon, and the spin-off Judgement.

Because I'm tired of typing right now, at least if there's someone else here who could provide a much more detailed infomation on this, just don't look only one part of the car, but look on every parts of the car. (Front and rear fascias, headlights, interiors, taillights, the size, etc)

Toyota Crown Ryū ga Gotoku: Kiwami (2016)	RushCars24 2020-02-23 01:48	Except NOT really, also, reused: www.igcd.net/vehicle.php?id=109622 It's a hybrid of Toyota-Nissan-Mazda, it's probably a Toyota Crown [S130] Hardtop with its front swapped from the Nissan Y32 family sedans, it can be also a fifth generation Mazda Luce [HC], except it is loosely based on that one.
