2012-02-07 20:55 | I have a friend who works for Ubisoft, he gave me a call and asked if i'd bring my DeLorean to a recording session (with a Dodge Dart and Martin's Mercedes) so they could use the sounds for the game. There was a DeLorean in some of the development diary video's they produced but that's not mine. -- Last edit: 2012-02-07 20:58:29

You can see it's stats, it's Make and Model and that little pic it shows you, but "Krug" is driving it so you can't shift into it. And it blows up at the end. "Krug" is German for pitcher.

Mark0 photo_librarymode_comment 2012-01-20 14:14 | movie star a écrit Is it fun to drive? and can you actually leave the cars and walk around as a pedestrian (like in the GTA series)? No you can't get out of car... But. In start of the game truck crashed in main protagonist (Tanner) car and he is sent into coma. From that point almost whole game is in mind of Tanner. You change your in garage or via shift. When yot press shift button you are then flying around city and choose car to drive. The DTS is fun to drive. Slowly crusing and high-speed driving on freeway are excelent in this car. However big V8 big body and all that with FWD make this car going wide in high-speed and sharp turns and because of this is no go for fast driving in city.

2012-01-19 15:22 | RWD is ok if you know how to handle it. The bigger Mercedes and BMW sedans still have RWD instead of FWD. The police of the US has used RWD cars for at least the last 40 years, and there never were any issues with that.

2012-01-19 15:19 | @ crown vic guy br : I totally agree with you, it is a sad thing they discontinued that car. The Taurus is nothing like the CV, the Taurus is just odd-looking, ugly and Tauruses were always ridiculed when they were used as police cars, it was always the second choice behin the CV (if it was a choice at all) - In earlier times, when movie makers could not afford the CV, they used old Tauruses instead. Taxi drivers and police men grieve, too. The CV was the ideal work horse. Although there come newer ones now, I am sure that no car will ever again be as robust, goodlooking, cheap to repair and long-lasting like the Crown Victoria and its siblings Town Car and Grand Marquis.
