Well, I never saw the appeal in making your car look like a Christmas Tree with huge stupid spoilers that do more harm than good. There's a lot of styles for cars that many might find "stupid", and others that it seems not ENOUGH people think look stupid. I like that these cars tend to be a lot more about "go" and less about "show". Sure, they might get attention, but only because they look like shit, until you notice the engine and tires that make your everyday sedan shit itself. Now that I think about it, isn't Rat Rod sort of like Grunge? You don't care about your looks, because to you that doesn't matter as much as others seems to think. |
