Pontiac LeMans Twisted Metal (1995) | Nissan Silvia?? Ok, first of all, what year of Nissan Silvia looks even remotely similar to that? Secondly, I doubt your average american game maker in 1994 (when the game was in development) would've even heard of a Nissan Silvia. Thirdly, the only cars that are clearly based on ANYTHING real are Yellow Jacket, Crimson Fury, Thumper, Wart Hog and Spectre. Now, all of that aside... If I were going to suggest Road Kill was based on anything at all, and even this is a bit of a stretch, I'd say a '76 or '77 Pontiac Lemans coupe. The roof shape is pretty much identical..and it has vaguely similar tail lights in shape, But even then I'd say it's probably just a coincidence.
