If the horizontal like is just black paint, I will stick to Dodge Promaster and it being American, but if it's grey plastic paneling, then I will agree with you guys that it is a Fiat Ducato/Peugeot Boxer/Citroen Jumper. However, the yellow color doesn't necessarily mean it would be associated with schools, I've seen many yellow minibuses (based on Ducatos, Boxers, Sprinters, etc..) being used as tourist buses. | |
