unknown Mad Max (2015) | AzusaF59 a écrit St. Louis Car Company R38? Front ends resemble it most Sides seem to be MFG Probably correct. But considering the setting, there are some Australian steel trains that are somewhat similar (e.g. 1, 2, 3), but they're not perfect matches. -- Last edit: 2025-11-13 04:03:18
unknown Mad Max (2015) | car-dude44 a écrit Bombardier T series? Yes, it had already been listed as such from other photos.

Bombardier T1 Mad Max (2015) | I saw somebody else on another picture in a different part of the same train, they said it looked like a Bombardier T1.
Bombardier T1 Mad Max (2015) | Budd R32 maybe?
Bombardier T1 Mad Max (2015) | The only unrusted train vehicle in the game. Can be found during a Wasteland Mission Ironcald Faith where Gutgash wants you to bring his people an untouched subway car to armor his ship.
![]() Mad Max (2015) | Found a few more for this page. Such as the clean train you are tasked with salvaging for Gutgash and 3-wheel Motorized Trike that Pinkeye rides on. Hope they get added!
Custom Made War Rig Mad Max (2015) | This is apparently made out by the same prop vehicles and playable vehicles, the cab is the same from the prop abandoned semi truck and the rear of the cab is also speedsta (same goes to the gun mounts on the trailer).
Dodge D12 Mad Max (2015) | It appears to be based on a 1940 Chevrolet truck from Fury Road johnplatt.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/Buggy_3.jpg

Dodge Fargo Mad Max (2015) | Darkone2007 a écrit Well well well are they really putting one on the new movie Unlikely, that vehicle was sold after filming and was repurposed into a bus.
Pontiac GTO Mad Max (2015) | I have the Sliver Riper game stop promo car. But I wish there was a bit more things to the game bit more detail more things to do

Ford Mustang Mad Max (2015) | WolfLover94 a écrit Well to be fair to them, you can't exactly get a genuine Ford Falcon XB here in the states. Maybe not, but they could have used a better choice for a base car. The Maverick is way too small and it's body shape is wrong. A better stand in would have been a Torino. They have a similar body shape to an XB Falcon. ![]() Heck they could have even branched out from Ford. Like an old Charger or Cutlass would have worked equally aswell. Considering you would be putting a Monza style front on it anyway.
Ford Mustang Mad Max (2015) | Silnev a écrit It's kinda hard to see but this is actually 1 of two real life replicas of the Magnum Opus made as promotion for the game. One (the west coast customs build) was made out of a Maverick and was painted chrome to resemble the Wild Hunt opus you see on all the promotional material. This one, built off a Mustang was the prize of a competition from before the release of the game. I can find no information on who built it, or who won it. Just that it existed. ![]() Also in terms of accuracy. This car is way closer to the ingame depiction of the Shovelface. Compared to the West Coast Customs Magnum Opus which kinda looks like the Wild Hunt version of the car. Yeah West Coast Customs Wild Hunt looks horrible, like they picked the worst car to do, like Death Rattle or Furnace would've been way easier -- Last edit: 2023-01-06 18:45:45 (Silnev)

Plymouth Barracuda Mad Max (2015) | If anyone's interested this car and it's backstory is tied into the plot of the Furiosa movie.
Holden Coupé Utility Mad Max (2015) | This is an easter egg vehicle. Based off Cranky Frank, it can't be stored, is found in an unmarked secret location on the edge of the map and it's spawn isn't even consistent. It only ever appears in that one location unlike other un-storable vehicles.
![]() Mad Max (2015) | Place-Holder a écrit Eh, who cares. George Miller spent 20+ years for Fury Road and it was alright in the end. The game would have never been released if George was left in charge of it. If he wasn't a control freak he should have let Mad Max: Asylum have happened back in the PS2 era. Instead he basically comes up with decent concepts, gets them to about 20% completion and then sits on them for years. Also he screwed over Interplay for a deal with EA. So really people can love Road Warrior all they want but at the end of the day, it was his own goddamn fault that Warner Bros went in their own direction with the game. Try looking into the series history. & from what I can see & actually building Wasteland cars in Forza & also being connected with Post Apocalyptic Cars @ Facebook. Think about it George Miller was looking at the game tech of the day mine being Play Station not PS1 days as a kid and I see why he was wanting to wait not this long & see if it gets better & I don't think the tech of today will get any better then it is so it might be a good time soon for a proper WASTELAND Game I just hope its better then this game was GTA is more open than this. P.S I am not pissed I just happened to look at the group & see ur reply.

Ford Falcon 'V8 Interceptor' Mad Max (2015) | generalrusty78 a écrit I will never get why Max destroy this car for the other car, this have a V8, better suspension, better everything, and a crazy minion. The Pursuit Special signifies the last part of his old life Max has left. It's a relic from a bygone era - before it was his wasteland machine, it was a police car that was used to keep and restore order. It's all he has left.
Ford F-15 CMP Mad Max (2015) | ukcarnut a écrit Personally I can't see it but ok It's had the firewall and windscreen sloped really far back and the rear of the cab pushed out as well. The big giveaway is the gunners hatch on the passenger side of the roof.

Pontiac GTO Mad Max (2015) | Mad Mike a écrit Just because GTOs are rare in Australia in the real world, it doesn't mean you can't use one in a video game. The fact of being Right Hand Drive is almost irrelevant, every vehicle in this game is RHD. It is an un-necessary amount of extra coding to implement Left Hand & Right Hand Drive cars in a game where the player can get in & out of the car. 'Use-case' wise it would be a total can of worms. I totally understand what you're saying, I'm just pointing out that while there is a variety of American cars available in game, in the real world (and the overall Mad Max universe) they're uncommon. That being said, there are US built cars scattered throughout the movies (like Fifis LeMans). I know I'm reading too much into a game, but I recall watching coverage of the Black Saturday bushfires and seeing footage of a man risking his life to save his beloved AP6 Valiant while his house and brand new Land Cruiser burned around him. Who's to say that wouldn't happen if people were fleeing a war zone?
Ford Falcon 'V8 Interceptor' Mad Max (2015) | Mad Mike a écrit I wouldn't use the Tail light Panel for identification as most of the Magnum Opus Car Bodies (Furnace, Ripper, Death Rattle) have no tail light panels. Additionally the Landaus full width tail panel has a much lower bezel wrapping around it, whereas this doesn't, and resembles the Falcon more. Landau - onlytruecars.com/data_images/gallery/02/ford-landau-coupe/ford-landau-coupe-12.jpg Falcon - img12.deviantart.net/3d75/i/2012/315/2/5/ford_falcon_xb_gt351_coupe_by_e1969r-d5kozql.jpg Were Landaus available with the same Ram-Air hood as the GT Falcons? I haven't seen picture of any. Plus the Landaus hoods had a distinct bulge in the centre towards the front. This also has the XB Falcon Rear Side Marker lights and not the Landaus The GT hood wasn't a factory option, but it was quite a common practice in the 80's to ditch the Landau front end for Falcon or Fairlane panels. I believe Landaus used a modified ZG Fairlane front end, as they share the same distinct bulge on the hood. I'm not sure you can discount it as a Landau just yet. The rear marker lights on a Landau are usually horizontal,BUT there are a few with vertical markers and even a few XB Falcon coupes (and utes!) with horizontal side markers. Ford Australia is formidable for using leftover parts, and Landaus and LTDs were mostly unused XA and early XB shells (the 300 or so leftover coupe shells from the LTD division eventually became XC Cobras). The modelers probably used the same basic model as the Interceptor for this one, which would explain the similarities, but that short quarter window is very distinct. -- Last edit: 2015-10-02 12:03:53
