+1 on potentially made for game, but I think it looks like a cross between the Fleetwood Bounder and Fleetwood Discovery. Both had liveries that blacked out a significant portion of the front end like that, but that was just paint of course. Front overhang matches the Discovery, size and styling matches the Bounder

Nice pics hr28qt. Just a advice for you when sending the next replacements: upload them to a cloud saving site, like Imgur or Google Drive, or send them directly via our Discord server.
Don't upload replacements directly via 'Upload a picture' as this gives us a lot of work, which ends up causing delays in getting the updated pictures. Use this icon only for upload the missing views (eg: when a vehicle page only has the front, upload the rear, and the interior if the game has a first person camera)

sounds good! will remember for next time, i apologize for the extra workload

The little trailers on this variant appear to be a custom creation, but otherwise, I'll copy my comment from the page for the stock variant of this vehicle found here: www.igcd.net/vehicle.php?id=212337

Looks like the King Long DIDO, but since I believe those were manufactured after this was added to the game (Update 1.8.4, April 2020) I'd say this is likely closest to either the 2020 JDL Autonomous Delivery Bot 4.0, or the 2019 JDL Rakuten UGV.

JD Logistics currently isn't listed on this site, so it'd have to be added

I also agree with the comparison of this to Japan's DeliRo bots, in both function and form factor, but I personally believe it resembles a JDL creation more closely

Don't know how to unlock this car. It's an operation vehicle, can't be saved at the garage, scanning it doesn't tell me its name. Shows up parked at one of the radio towers in the "Radio Libertad" mission. I assume it's also called the Kaspar Roza, but am unsure of what model year it would be marked as.
