You can find one RARELY,and I mean RARELY in one of the Driver henchman's jobs-(the "one of Tony's clients has his eyes on a nice car. Go and steal it and bring it back for extra cash!" type scenario.) Once you get in, just cancel the job and viola! 1 kickass regular Bandit ST!
