![]() 2011-04-15 22:00 | Rare Franco-Italian: 1975 Peugeot 504 Coupe 8/5/2010 Update: This car sold for $7200 with 5 bidders. 7/28/2010 Update: We can’t figure this one out. We featured this car a year ago when it had different wheels, a different steering wheel, and an intact vintage stereo. It is still in Brooklyn, New York and the German plates have been removed. It has been a busy year. Find the new listing here on eBay. We have updated the photo links below. Special thanks to BaT reader Tony M for the update! 7/28/2009 Update: This Peugeot sold for $9,650 with 12 bidders. The deal must have fallen through, because it has now been re-listed by the same seller. From 7/3/2009: This 1975 Peugeot 504 Coupe is one of only about 6000 produced with the V6 engine and is a rarity in any form in the USA.The shapely 2-door was designed by Pininfarina introduced in 1969. Early 504 coupes were even built alongside Pininfarina’s Alfa Duetto in Turin, Italy. Note the car’s design similarities with contemporary Pininfarina designs including the Fiat 124 convertible and the Rolls Royce Camargue. Find this one here on eBay in Brooklyn, New York. |

![]() ![]() 2009-06-01 17:48 | It's either 1983 or 1984, cos the game takes place some months after Tony's supposed assassination. The movie is set in 1980-83. -- Last edit: 2009-06-01 17:49:35 |

![]() ![]() 2009-05-31 16:41 | From Wiki: As experienced by other European volume car makers, Peugeot's U.S. and Canadian sales faltered and finally became uneconomical, as the Peugeot 505 design aged. Several ideas to turn around sales in the United States, such as including the Peugeot 205 in its lineup, were considered but not pursued. In the early nineties, the newly introduced Peugeot 405 proved uncompetitive with domestic and import models in the same market segment, and sold less than 1,000 units. Total sales fell to 4,261 units in 1990 and 2,240 through July, 1991. This caused the company to cease U.S. And Canada operations after 33 years. There are currently no known plans to return to the American market. They sell cars before 1992, as the game set in the 70's -- Last edit: 2009-05-31 16:44:37 |
