Released on June 10th as part of a Twitch Drop exclusive if you watched 1 hour of the Ubisoft Direct that streamed live to Twitch. Confirmed by Ivory Tower to be available in the game's shop to all players on the 19th. -- Last edit: 2024-06-11 01:13:00
Apparently this particular GT was missing from the database for GT5, so I've gone ahead and fixed that. :P -- Last edit: 2024-04-21 08:36:48
It may have taken way too many years to get around to it, but I finally replaced the old Gran Turismo HD render (the one with the 'premium' model of the car that didn't surface to the final game) with a proper in-game shot.
World Racing 2: Champion Edition (2022) | I want to take the chance to clear up a few things about this particular release as there appears to be some confusion. - This is a re-release of World Racing 2 that was added to Steam at the end of 2022, published by UniqueGames. - The original developers (Synetic) went defunct in 2014. - This release removes the highly controversial, PC destroying DRM known as StarForce that plagued the original release. This alone does NOT make this a pointless game, as World Racing 2 was fairly popular with several and can now be properly played on modern operating systems without potentially destroying hardware. - For licensing reasons, all the licensed cars were removed in favour of look-alikes that very closely resemble the originally licensed vehicles. - WR2 Champion Edition has support for Steam Workshop, allowing for easy modding. - Though there hasn't been an update since December (as the team involved is currently working on a Steam release for Crash Time 5), the game is still planned to get updates down the line. - Contrary to popular belief, this is NOT the project of Automotive Gaming and Co. Coding and extensive production of this project was actually worked on by "CookiePLMonster", a.k.a. Silent, whom you might recognize as being the same modder behind the much beloved SilentPatch mods for the Grand Theft Auto series, aswell as several quality of life patches for various racing games such as the Gran Turismo series and Colin McRae Rally 3, to name a few. The TL;DR is that this is the best way to play World Racing 2 on a modern computer, with no computer destroying DRM and Steam Workshop support to make modding easier. -- Last edit: 2023-06-10 02:03:37

Sega GT Online (2004) | Solarriors a écrit Any news on where to find the modified .xbe ? Download the .xbe here - drive.google.com/file/d/1L4vgf2hdlwXB0iUZbxw_b10gPi_uNPIU/view?usp=sharing Download jbel_loop.adx here - drive.google.com/file/d/1-qEbywFBSiNMslJ-j-42OFnlIraxnzb9/view?usp=sharing YOU'LL NEED A MODDED XBOX FOR THIS TO WORK! Replace the default.xbe file with your installation for this .xbe. (I highly recommend backing up the original.) Please let me know if there are any issues! - Starts with $21 Million cash on new saves - Includes every vehicle available for purchase, immediately (including previously unobtainable Online only vehicles!) - All secret/hidden cars, Opel, BMW, Bugatti "veylon", Groundeffect A.K.I.O., WR Impreza, unfinished cars. - All parts can be purchased in the Parts shop, including Online only parts! - Christmas track from Sega GT 2002 Christmas Demo added to Quick Race/Time Trial (it replaces one of the tracks, can't remember which though. Might be the Drag Strip?) --- This track requires "jbel_loop.adx" to be in the game's folder as the track calls for the .adx file in question, otherwise the game will crash. The .adx file can be downloaded above. Place the .adx file into the "adx" folder in the game's directory on your installation. - Several cars have improved colour palettes (to be completed.. someday.)
Standard model of 1991 NSX, listed in game as a separate vehicle. Only normally usable in Arcade mode via the car transfer tool from Gran Turismo PSP.
Instantly sold on this game solely for this vehicle alone. Been waiting a LOOOONG time to see this beauty return.
This was a leftover from a Holiday 2002 demo that released as part of Issue 14 in the US Official Xbox Magazine (OXM). It was drivable alongside the already playable Charger R/T and Mustang GT390, though those two cars both had unique liveries only seen in those demos. The demo also contained a special Christmas themed version of Reverse Green Castle Pass. Considering its still in the files, its possible that the car was slated to properly be available in Online, but ultimately never happened.
Fun fact; A Gemini with a Castrol racing livery is hidden in the files of the US version of Sega GT that goes unused, hinting that it may have been a Works vehicle that never made it.
You'd think by now they'd start using some newer traffic. This has been a traffic vehicle for 10 years at this rate.
I'd be more tempted to say this is based on the more recent C8 Preliator, as the Neo's front vents closer resembles the shape seen on the Preliator. Stock wheels also closer resemble the wheels on the Preliator. -- Last edit: 2019-08-07 17:32:13
Looks closer to the R88C or R90CK.
This is a variant of the Brute Boxville that only spawns in this "Post OP" livery, and is treated in the game's files as a separate entry for the Boxville, hence its inclusion on the site.

The "Police Buffalo" received a visual overhaul when the game was moved over to PS4/XB1/PC. The livery was overhauled and front guards were added to the vehicle. As the old "Police Buffalo" is still present on PS3/X360, its page is now a separate entry. Compare: igcd.net/vehicle.php?id=59743
The only car in the new update to NOT have any advanced handling flags, meaning the car is an absolute dream to drive.
This car was only unlockable via winning it in the Online mode, otherwise it couldn't be used outside of Quick Race/Time Trial modes. Can now only be purchased in Sega GT mode via a modified .xbe of the game.

(Update from an 8 year old comment of mine.) Flames glitch appears to be present only on PAL PlayStation 2 copies' initial releases. Cannot confirm if this was fixed in the "Platinum" release. Flames appear as normal in the Xbox release/All NTSC-U releases. -- Last edit: 2018-11-26 07:36:44
The Zonda R makes its return after a near 5-year absence from the Forza Franchise.
If this is a vehicle from the first Watch_Dogs where the majority feels its most based off of a Grand Caravan, then that's what it should be listed as. Just because YOU believe its something else doesn't mean you have the right to go telling people that it MUST be changed. Leave that to the Moderators and Administrators (Rinspeed and Star Wars Fanatic). -- Last edit: 2017-02-17 20:34:14
The best Jag. Period. | ||
Personally I think this car looks great. Its not as elegant as the pre-facelift, but at the same time it added much-needed aggressiveness that was lacking from the pre-facelift model, because some I knew considered the original model to look rather "boring".
These pictures were taken some time ago before I easily had access to taking these cars and getting proper colours of them. (A.K.A. when the game was still Online) I plan to re-do my pictures and get proper shots.
The car is perfectly accessible in Need for Speed World: Offline. Its fine to stay on here if you personally ask me. If we're going by that logic, that Aston Martin DBS Volante "Treasure Hunter" you uploaded shouldn't be on here either. >_>;
AFAIK, the car exists in the PlayStation version under the PAL region only in fully playable form. It otherwise is unused everywhere else.
JFK a écrit I actually restored it yesterday Late on this, but I'd love to see how that worked.
JFK a écrit Again, this car is only visible on icon of the Hong Kong race. Since the car was cut from final game (as BMW), you can see Skyline GT-R on loading screen instead. There's unused files in the game which originally indicated there was supposed to be a McLaren F1 GTR Longtail.
Burn Rubber a écrit This is fucking stupid. Lotus themselves would agree the Esprit wasn't made purely for James Bond. It's a car that existed to be a car. Not a Submarine. James Bond drives Aston Martins, But people don't link them to him automatically. But of course you all won't think so. Since when do you agree with logic? Any reason you're trying to argue this to people? It's supposed to be something silly. Quit arguing over something ridiculous.
Alot of salty people in here I see. Atleast its free to obtain the cars and you don't have to pay real life money to access it.. and they've been doing this SINCE THE GAME LAUNCHED. Besides, if you do ever play Online, this newer Baller is a nicer vehicle over the original one. Closes the gap on the dominance that the Huntley S has in the SUV class.
Thanks to the Wild Run update, the Huayra is now the game's fastest Perf Spec car. www.youtube.com/watch?v=hvlbqs78lxk
This car is an absolute BEAST when it comes to handling (Perf Spec). On sweeping twisty tracks, nothing comes close to it. Also has some excellent speed to back it up and keep it heavily competitive in almost any situation, with the LaFerrari and Pagani Huayra being the only cars that can trump it.
This car was missing from the site. Not my photo, was taken by a friend who then gave it to me to upload.
You don't see these kind of cars very often, but man do I dig this addition.
Man, why would they take this beauty out of the release we got over here?
Same car from this: igcd.net/vehicle.php?id=31923
Apart from the windows, it looks easily like an AMC Gremlin. static.cargurus.com/images/site/2008/11/03/00/52/1973_amc_gremlin-pic-18889.jpeg
Tuppence870 a écrit I'd like to say that I agree, but the first screenshots of the Grotti Carbonizzare were released in 2012 (check the dates of the first posts in this thread). It would be very unlikely for Rockstar to have access to images of the 2015 California at such an early date. It was probably meant to be a Ferrari California, however I think when Rockstar designed the Carbonizzare, they unknowingly made it appear like it resembled more of the V12 Zagato. Everytime I look at the back of this car, all I see is V12 Zagato.
This car always frustrated me. Whenever you had to do an Elite race, the Elite drivers that were the fastest, drove these S510s. ...And yet it was the first car you unlocked from the Elite vehicles. On top of that, it wouldn't go anywhere near as fast as they could take it. Just.. why? -- Last edit: 2016-10-20 20:33:12
ItsaUserName a écrit Just what the hell were Rockstar thinking when they thought they could get away with polygonal exhausts? They look absolutely terrible. Actually, they are purposely designed to be hexagonal. You can buy exhausts for the car that are rounded out if you don't like the look.
Tuppence870 a écrit It's not playable. Like the roadcruiser, it's only seen as a prop in the prologue. It's playable by means of save editing tools, however since it's not normally accessible, I think it's best to leave it as unplayable.
After a lenghty hiatus, the next Vision Gran Turismo car has finally been released alongside the v 1.07 update. ..And it's a real good looking one in my opinion. |
