Again, this is classified as a sedan in the real world, not a hatchback.
carcrasher88 wrote Polestar 2 is gonna be their first all-electric model. The 1 is a bit more like cars like the BMW i8, powertrain-wise. Then we have the new electric Polestar 3 which comes as an SUV. I would love to take the Polestar 2 over a Model 3.

One of the few sedans left that are made by General Motors…
But unfortunately, Tesla has been nothing but a brazen and profit-greedy company (And still is), that screws customer service and throws garbage vehicles at people that are not even worth the money.
Tuppence870 wrote Well that's not exactly correct. The Tesla Model S is a liftback. Liftbacks are in a weird middle-ground between hatchbacks & sedans/coupes where they are essentially those body styles but with a hatchback-style trunk. Frankly I've always hated the way liftbacks are always considered hatchbacks on here (since true hatchbacks have their own distinct shape), but that's the way it is for now. I mistook conventional trunks for lift backs, sorry, but anyways, this doesn’t really classify the Tesla Model S as a hatchback, as sedans can also have liftbacks with a different overhang. Tesla has never manufactured a single hatchback.
twilight sparkplug wrote Car companies also call 4 door cars coupes, and 5 door wagons shooting brakes. But marketing does not change the physical world. Yes, but the Model S has always been classified as a sedan, and has a conventional trunk. If you didn’t know, there are people who even claim that the Model 3 is a hatchback when it’s clearly not. Although I don’t like Tesla, never in the world has anyone or anything else considered the Model S as a hatchback. -- Last edit: 2022-10-10 02:49:14

Why does this look like a crab?
I’d say it’s a Camry. | ||
The company itself states that the Model S is a large sedan, the Tesla Model S is absolutely NOT a hatchback, this needs to be changed.
Seems as though it’s a combination of a Chevrolet Silverado with familiar details at the front, the taillights and the back resemble the Toyota Tacoma while the body itself seems like a RAM extended cab. I’d say made for game.
Tesla Motors Simulator (2017) | Unreliable and profit-greedy company. Teslas are definitely not built to last.
Fun fact: NFS The Run is the only NFS game in the franchise to have a tractor.
Need for Speed: The Run (2011) | Very shocking how a small NFS game like this has more realistic map designs than the majority of open world video games available now.
wine wrote Honestly SCS' choice of AI vehicles for ATS has always been kind of strange to me with many cars that at least according to what I have looked up seem to be rather rare in the USA. I agree. I don't understand why SCS can't just add vehicles that are actually specific in the USA. They could've added a 3rd or 4th generation Silverado instead of an Advance.
An Audi A4 would've made more sense to add but ok.
Since it’s a station wagon, I’d say it’s a 2010 VW Passat Wagon.
wezymh wrote wouldn't be truly America without a Prius Traffic car. idk why they didn't also put this in euro truck. Now they need to add a Camry or RAV4. Those are also missing.
Bruisemobile wrote True, but according to IMCDB, its origin is Germany. Well then IMCDB needs to change that, the Verano is manufactured in the USA, not Germany. They need to read Wikipedia.
Too old looking for an Opel Insignia/Buick Regal. Seems more like a 2nd gen Mazda 6.
They need to change this so that it 100% resembles the Acura TSX. Seeing a European spec car in the USA is ridiculous honestly.
It resembles nothing like a New Holland. I would say it’s a Valtra G Series, it’s a better match imo.

wezymh wrote don't know why they didn't put regular Nissan's into driver SF. a versa or a frontier would have made sense. also a leaf would add another EV into the game. Agreed. Nissans have been popular around SF when this game was released. Would’ve made more sense if a Versa/Leaf/Frontier/Quest was added into the game.

Skip the fox wrote I think it’s a devel 16 concept car en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Devel_Sixteen ( these are it’s stats but sadly I don’t think there’s any pictures on the wiki pago so you’ll have to look it up yourself to see it The body is too short, and neither the headlights or taillights match, and the Devel 16 is too futuristic looking for this vehicle. For me, it %100 matches towards the Porsche Carrera GT.

Peterkragger wrote Is S-Max even available in US? No, it isn't. SCS needs to remove this. They should replace it with a C-Max instead. |
