This is a concept car that was meant to go to production in China (as well as a handful of cars for the Saleen Cup), but the government seized all assets of the portfolio, renationalized it, and threw out all non-Chinese workers. The most damaging aspect is that Steve Saleen has reportedly stolen over 500 patents from the joint venture. Far as I can tell no cars have actually been produced. Which means it's a vaporware car. This truck is only found in cities (or whenever SCS decides to put them in major cities in other states) and in one of the blogposts leading up to the now-released Montana DLC, this truck is also a cargo item.
