Grand Theft Auto: Vice City (2002)
So it turns out that Rockstar traced a scene from Miami Vice for this cutout. I've listed the car like how it's listed on imcdb.

Juiced (2005)
So in the original Acclaim version of Juiced (known as Juice) a playable AC Cobra was planned which was ultimately cut for the THQ version:

+1 you can tell by the roof line that it's a mark V. It also doesn't have the softer lines of the mark iv nor the front bumper.

With that front bumper it looks to be some Eleanor wannabe. I reckon this is some early model, maybe 65 or somewhere like that.

I concur. That would make it a 1965 Shelby GT350 R (only the R's had that style of bumper) like www.igcd.net/vehicle.php?id=61747

The mission Fracture Jaw is the only appearance made from this vehicle in the game, and that takes place in 1968, whereas the car is from 1980. So meaning this car is, you guessed it... ANACHRONISTIC.

It actually appears in another brick in the wall aswell. It's just slightly out of the play area, you can see it driving around when using the binoculars at the checkpoint.

Also it's presence in this particular mission isn't as bad due to the nature of the story surrounding this mission.

The spoiler was an optional extra. By 88 all countach's were 25th Anniversary models.

The Simpsons: Hit & Run (2003)
So typically in gameplay this car is the car that is used to chase the player during hit and run but the player can acquire it in normal gameplay through the method I outlined.

Visually it is similar to the one you can buy but there are differences, for one thing it's actually slightly bigger which you can see when parked next to the standard model:

It's also a bit lower quality as are alot of these cars you unlock from 100% completion. Also like other generic traffic cars it has a driver, unlike the other version.

*edit* The game calls it the cPolice in the menus. Hence why it's listed like that.
