Found out the earliest way you can get to it's tournament is to win the Cien from it's tournament before any Class A vehicles are unlocked, or winning the ZX-12R from the Original Riders bike club, then detouring to Tokyo and winning the required 33 Tokyo City Races to easily open it's tournament.

Best top speed among all vehicles, the bikes only go 235 MPH (378 km/h) maxed with no N20.

Only this, the rival that used this Gemballa instead drives an ASL Garaiya outside of Japan.

Notice that in non-Japanese releases, any rival to use Sparco wheels got AVS T6 rims instead, while Speedline rim users have AVS T7 rims instead.

This bikes was more OP in the console version, can't you see the acceleration and handling for it's 17k value. That was done to compensate for being less durable, having to be mastered and being very risky.

This bike is used by Lester and Oswaldo as an AI.

That is only for the starter preset. The default five spoke rims are on the stock 240SX.
