2024-02-02 09:58		Found out the earliest way you can get to it's tournament is to win the Cien from it's tournament before any Class A vehicles are unlocked, or winning the ZX-12R from the Original Riders bike club, then detouring to Tokyo and winning the required 33 Tokyo City Races to easily open it's tournament.
