CarCrazedAlex586 a écrit Well, it was never made or sold in Korea. Yes, but I believe it was originally intended for the European market.
CarCrazedAlex586 a écrit The i20, not a real Korean Hyundai. It's an Indian Hyundai. What are you talking about?
Mathias98 a écrit I noticed that both the Burrito and the Speedo is listed as a '03 Chevy Express - so one of them is listed wrong. I think the Speedo more closely resembles the Express, so this one should be changed. My guess is a '95 GMC Safari. Does anyone agree? I agree it's an older US van than the 03 Express.
carcrazedalex586 a écrit So Razor440 once said Saturn Ion for this car. Wow, I guess Saturn Ion is the answer to all FlatOut cars. No wonder why the Vexter XS wars happened. He said the front bears resemblance to it, and that it's definitely a Skyline. Don't go misinterpreting things just to prove your point, you're not modern media.
Aginnon a écrit I noticed that. Gran Turismo 4 mentions Lexus being American for some reason. Probably because Lexus wasn't sold in Japan yet when GT4 came out. The cars are all Japanese origin, but like Acura and Infiniti, they started on the American market.
Could also be 94-97 Capella. webcarstory.com/voiture.php?id=19250

CarCrazedAlex586 a écrit This topic is about cars that do not appear in racing games. Why are you grumpy? I'm always grumpy. Just wasn't clear how the Stratus was a response to my comment. I personally don't miss it as it is one of Chrysler's less than amazing cars.
CarCrazedAlex586 a écrit *Eddsworld wwweh sound* Edit rejected. Also, delete your comment right now, Tristam, or else I'm gonna tell an admin to delete it! And they would certainly listen to your request.
CarCrazedAlex586 a écrit So there is the Dodge Stratus Coupe, it has never appeared in any racing game before, but is a re-bodied Eclipse. I'm not sure what point you're trying to make here.
CarCrazedAlex586 a écrit For Gran Turismo standards, the Torneo would fit very well. Old GT standards that is, quirky JDM cars haven't been added since GT5, which had the Isuzu 4200R and little more on top of what GT4 already had.
CarCrazedAlex586 a écrit One car that needs to appear as well is the Honda Torneo. It is the "happy" twin of the JDM Accord and should appear in racing games. Why though? The MX-6 shares a platform and mechanicals with the Ford Probe, but is still a very different car. The Torneo is literally an Accord with a different grille and taillights, and there are so many JDM cars like that (with very minor visual differences).
Also, not a Park Avenue.
sajmon14 a écrit I've uploaded wrong rear pic. Can someone replace it? Bump
Shame it's not in a proper game.
Thanks for the umpteenth time for a comparison. The Landstalker is still not a WJ Grand Cherokee. Thank you.
CarCrazedAlex586 a écrit I don't think on a Russian keyboard he can type an "E" with the accent. He can go into Word and copy/paste the letter.
Mieguy a écrit You dont want to deliver Pizza to anyone anymore after you played "Lego Island". I dont want to spoil anything, so i say only that it was terrible and funny at the same time to give a Pizza to the bad guy in the prison. Hope i can find a Youtube video of this. It was like an Easter Egg mission. You were not supposed to do it because the bad guy wins at the end but it was so hilarious! It's so long ago, I don't quite remember the details, but yeah there was something with giving pizza to the bad guy that was terrifying.
STOMPITCRUSHITKILLIT a écrit Is Honda Torneo??? Is you an idiot???
STOMPITCRUSHITKILLIT a écrit Yes i see it but the IGCD's page says Honda not Acura ok
STOMPITCRUSHITKILLIT a écrit Acura NSX Super GT??? That is the name as clearly stated in the picture????
Gamer a écrit You know what? I think there ought to be a rule that added stylized cars must clearly be based off something (no question for licensed cars like from NFS or stock photos from online games) If not, they are deleted. Same rule as on IMCDb with cartoons. See, with this rule, Stratum Wars and Ingot Wars might've been prevented. So you suggest we just leave a lot of cars out of games because we can't agree on what they are based on?
CarCrazedAlex586 a écrit "Lostporthrets"... Burn Rubber can't even spell. He once spelled "Torneo" as in Honda Torneo, "Toreno". Amazing.
CarCrazedAlex586 a écrit So this car was built in the Netherlands. Speaking of which, I went to a Dutch king's day party earlier. Are you Dutch? What makes you think I'm Dutch?
Why would anyone put this piece of crap in a game?
Twilight Sparkplug a écrit Would this not make more sense to be labeled as a Malibu? 74-77 Chevelles are called Chevelle Malibu actually.
CarCrazedAlex586 a écrit *talks to myself in Afrikaans* Nou, nou, Alexander. Moenie nog praat nie, anderste gaan jy weer Vexter wars begin. I understand Afrikaans. I'm just pointing out you're contradicting your own words.
Window lines don't matter because they can be altered.... Hmmm... Doesn't that count for about every bodypart on a fictional car? However, hood lines seem to be very important to you.. -- Last edit: 2017-04-14 11:35:37
Seems a better match than the Escape.
CarCrazedAlex586 a écrit Is that your Seicento parked next to it? I don't think so, his has flames on the side and a giant skull on the hood.
Mathias98 a écrit Around 75% of modern Spanish is derived from Latin - Wikipedia I believe French, Portuguese, Italian and English are also largely based on Latin. Your point?
Mathias98 a écrit And the name of the Infernus is obviously a reference to the Diablo: Diablo=devil (Spanish) Inferno=hell (Latin) You're oversimplifying things. Round and rounded are two different things, just like Spanish and Latin are different languages.
You should probably know these comparison pictures are very subjective. It all depends on which lines you decide to draw. The Infernus is very round, like the Vector. The Diablo is very square.
Mathias98 a écrit And about the Infernus: the sides, the shape of the windows and the rear is definitely from a Diablo. And furthermore, only 14 Vector M12s were built - so it's unlikely that the person who modeled the Infernus, decided to base it on an almost unknown, extremely rare sports car. Vectors were actually quite popular in 90s Arcade Racing Games, so you'd be wrong to say they are unknown.
Mathias98 a écrit And now? The headlights are the only thing that matches (except for the photoshopped grille). To be honest, I think the Landstalker looks too old to be either the Grand Cherokee or Escape.
CarCrazedAlex586 a écrit Did you see Mat's comparison chart? Yes
I don't think it looks like a Grand Cherokee. It's too small to be one, and there are so many shapes on it that don't match. Not sure about it being an Escape either, but it's a better match than the Grand Cherokee.

This Vectra was never sold in Brazil.
schaefft a écrit Before anyone leaves IGCD because of the car, let me clear things up a bit: The model was obviously based on the other variant of this sedan (in fact, it is the same car in the game), with a new front and rear fascia. While one version was indeed based on the Eunos 500/Xedos 6 (however created using the blueprint of a 4th gen 626, with a bit of Efini MS8 thrown in for the back to mix things up while sticking to the general early-mid 90s Mazda design language), the modifications seen on this variant were based on another manufacturer's JDM-only competitor of Mazda's "premium" midsize sedans. I don't want to reveal yet which car it is, but don't rely on their ingame brands too heavily, as only a limited number of names were available that wouldn't cover the whole range of brands in the game. I think you can assume how I got the info above. If anyone's interested, I can clear up some of the other vehicles once the game is out. Are you hinting towards the Mitsubishi Emeraude by any chance?
GamerFIB7590 a écrit SINSAN NASSIN NINSAS SINNAS blah blah blah... You okay there?
CarCrazedAlex586 a écrit I have been to a page before. I always make sure, so don't let this get into an argument. END OF CONVERSATION! I'm not starting an argument, I'm just saying you're wrong. You said my argument was bad because (Japanese) wikipedia isn't reliable. But on Japanese cars, it is. Therefore I don't really get why you keep you responding to my comments, even though I said you were right ages ago. If you want to end the conversation, stop responding.
CarCrazedAlex586 a écrit Well, Wikipedia is not a reliable source, so I gave you a reliable source just to make sure. I don't think you've ever been to the Japanese wikipedia then to look up info about a car. They have changes listed with exact dates, which are backed up by existing websites. So it's pretty accurate.
PerfTom14 a écrit According to GTA Wikia, the Chavos is a heavily based off a 2002-2007 Honda Accord, and a 1999-2006 Peugeot 406. GTA Wikia is wrong.
yai a écrit 1980s Isuzu Gemini, does that resemble anything folks? Actually a 70's one might work. webcarstory.com/voiture.php?id=25596

carcrazedalex586 a écrit Even Honda's Japanese site says this! www.honda.co.jp/auto-archive/civic/type-r/2005/ What's the point of this answer after a month, when I already said you were right? Needed the egoboost?

Burn Rubber a écrit Why you ask? Let's find out. 1. The name. CrossCountry Series is CLEARLY a parody of Grand Caravan. Just to prove my point: Really? I thought it was a reference to Town & Country, the nearly identical twin of the Caravan. |
