Burn Rubber photo_librarymode_comment 2016-07-21 21:57 | Sajmon, If we lost them as Made for Game then that would say they were made just for this game. One could say to use Custom Made, but I dont think that works. I think Hot Wheels is fine as a manufacture. I think Razor made a fair point. They were diecasts before the game was made, and Hot Wheels does collab to make IRL cars based off of diecasts. Like Deora and TwinMill.
sajmon14 photo_librarymode_comment 2016-07-21 18:24 | If they aren't made for game but also aren't based on anything real (except few cars that are actually inspired by/based on real cars) then how should we list them? -- Last edit: 2016-07-21 18:24:17
Razor440 photo_librarymode_comment 2016-07-21 18:09 | Well these cars weren't made for the game. They were made originally as a diecast car. And not to mention that yes, Hot Wheels will collab with people like Chip Foose to make cars...hence the Deora II.
sajmon14 photo_librarymode_comment 2016-07-21 16:27 | but those cars which exist in real were built after the toy car was released so those are obviously based on toys, not real cars. All of them need changing to M4G and adding fictional name. Or we could list htem as Made For Game Hot Wheels or Made For Game + car name -- Last edit: 2016-07-21 16:48:37
Burn Rubber photo_librarymode_comment 2016-07-21 12:24 | Well certain Hot Wheels cars actually exist in real life. (TwinMill for example) Plus, all other Hot Wheels cars on IGCD were listed this way, so best to leave it.
sajmon14 photo_librarymode_comment 2016-07-21 11:57 | Shouldn't be those listed as Made For Game? Those cars dont exist in real
Burn Rubber photo_librarymode_comment 2016-03-05 12:08 | Odd... I googled it before (2 years ago?) and never found that. Don't think it was on the wiki either.
