2023-11-01 06:40 | This Crown Victoria is at oldest a 2001, not a 1998, as that's when the honeycomb style grill was introduced. While the honeycomb grill was never available in chrome and could be written off as a custom modification, I don't see any other distinguishing factors that would make it a model earlier than 2001.
