Yes, if you know the make, but not the model you put 'unknown' in the model field. As for the unlockables, all unlockables are to be mentioned, There isn't such a thing as "More notable unlock requirment".

I have left comments like that in the past on appropriate pages and the user would just ignore them unless I got their attention directly.
