Yes, it also appears as a traffic car as well, but seriously, why not they just make a normal Fiat 500 instead of an Abarth to add realism?

because all are reused forza models made to lower poly count. why waste time on making adjustments when you already have library of cars

No, not worth it. The game differentiates them for Horizon Promo purposes, but since they are exactly the same car there are not enough differences to add the traffic version, I think mentioning it like TheHeartbreakKid15 just did is enough.

Yeah you're right.
There's no point wasting time adding the unplayable one.
