But if I see this... en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blue_Bird_Corporation ... and this... en.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_3800 ... the whole thing is completely blurry to me.

I noticed that too, and I think it's the way the gamemakers styled this car... look closely, and you'll see that the rest of this scoolbus is exactly the same. I've looked at other Blue Bird models, but their design is different.
