Yeah they did but no Tuning Setups but you can customize rims. And change body's.
Well maybe some tuning setups like Lowering and Gear Ratios? don't know yet

Yeah me,too. The ATS are more for the 70's European Cars like the BMW 2002,the Porsche 914/6 The Opel Kadett C etc.
