Resistance is known to use vehicles,in Anticitizen One you can find a Liaz they used minutes ago before Combine cut them off.Also this is a prequel so vehicles should be nicer ;)

Interesting to note this one appears like it's been driven lately, considering 99% of all vehicles in the base game have been nonfunctioning for a good 20 years.
