The vehicle gets "unlocked" and the player is free to drive it after that point. Cars that only appear in certain circumstances like this one, or mission-specific vehicles like the RC Baron or SWAT that don't respawn after they appear, shouldn't count in my book. |

2024-03-08 23:49 | Phoenix is obtainable only in the San Fierro Hills race or if you manage to kill Big Poppa during a Home in the Hills without destroying his vehicle. It certainly isn't an unlockable vehicle. |

Strange vehicles can spawn here, ex. boat Marquis... I guess I saw it here in blue color and round fog lights. Info if anyone would like to ask in future. |
