This one could be a hybrid between MAN TGA LE and MB Econic.

But MAN TGA LE doesn't come with twin-leaf doors -- it has either a single-leaf inward sliding door, or a regular hinged door.

Also, there's a pair of turn signals on top of the grille, so I'll say the designer "wanted" to copy a first-gen Econic.

Just with a wider grill, looked like an old Volvo grill at first.

But strange too, They usually only have the bus type sliding doors on the passenger side right? Whereas this has both on the textures.
